Re: C63 Sapphire GMT COSC

You laugh, but given how many of their watches seem to go back for movement issues, it would not surprise me if they took this approach with the movements they use. The sapphire stuff is cool, but I really wish they'd move on from putting it in so many of the LEs. I like this one with the DLC coated...

Re: Addressing the elephant in the room

I think it's inevitable and hopefully they do it soon, because I want a 40mm white dial c60 with a dial layout similar to the Anthropocene. It seems to me that the only reason it hasn't happened yet is because the focus the last 6-8 months has been on the c63, and also the c60 was revised fairly rec...

Re: January 2022 Sale

Returned previously, then bought and returned twice during the sale seems likely. And now sold again.

Yep, looks like my returned Abyss has landed.
I think this years sale should put to rest any notion that the NN watches aren't in most cases returned items. Pretty sure I have seen the exact same Sandhurst pop up 3 times now.

Re: What would you change about your CW?

I would change the fact that the Mk3 Trident I owned had to be sent back twice for repair due to the rotor spin issue. I then sold it. And the Sandhurst I owned briefly was returned because it developed the same thing within a week of ownership. Didn't want to deal with the repair again.

Re: C60 Concept

A skeleton watch seems a weird aesthetic for a dive watch. I am interested to see it though.

Re: 60/60 Declined!?

Even without absolute proof, is it not safe to assume that most of the watches offered for sale as Nearly New are watches returned under the 60 day policy? How else could they possibly have the volume of watches that are offered as nearly new if they aren't returned watches? It seems impossible that...

Any more new models/ variants Imminent, Kip?
Surprise!! :D

Do you like the C63 Hunter Green variants?
Those and the blue are really nice, but I am hoping/waiting for v3.5 (or 4) of the C60 though. :(

Re: Any new CWs in the pipeline?

Question for the insiders... With the name (12) and date (6) placement on the Sealander as well as the Tide and Anthrocopene C60s, I feel like it is inevitable that those dial changes make their way to the full C60 line-up. In a v3.5 I guess it would be. Anyone heard anything about that? Any intel t...

Are all CW watches on bracelets coming with half-links now? Or is it by request only?

Re: Bracelet half links are coming !!!

I am excited by this in that I may get a 40mm Trident again. I waited on the 40mm Trident for a while and ultimately returned it when they came out because of the fitment of the bracelet due to no half-links. I pestered them about adding them someday, but was told probably not until Mk4. Great news ...

Re: C63 Sealander Collection

Congrats to the Early Adopters and enjoy in good health! CW has done really well here. My personal pick - the white dial GMT. I do take the point about the GMT hand on that one, and fair enough too, but personally not fussed. If anyone wants to compare the black one with a Grand Seiko SBGN003....th...

Re: Speculation on C60 Mk4 release

My guesses are these: applied/visible flags logo at 12 o'clock, half links for the bracelet and screws instead of pins. And a new colorway or two.

Re: Spinning rotor syndrome

With as prevalent as this appears to be with CW lately, I am wondering if there was a bad batch of movements perhaps, or maybe some fault in their assembly process that did not lubricate these movements enough? I had this issue with a cheap(ish) Hamilton a while back, but it was because dirt and for...
