Re: C60 Trident 300 Quartz?
Good luck Michael. That is a really nice looking watch. Please post a picture if your offer is accepted. I have the 300 Chrono Quartz and always liked the 3 hand version as well.

Lovely, I like how the dial changes with different lighting situations.

Re: GMT potential unpopular opinion
I don’t have 20:20 vision. I have worn glasses since I was about 18. Decided I needed better eyesight to see the top of my float about 20-30 metres away when fishing. I have never had any difficulty distinguishing the hands on a watch. I assume that those that do have given up getting behind the wh...

Re: GMT potential unpopular opinion
I think an appropriately designed GMT can be quite attractive.
Functionally, I have difficulty reading a GMT when the hour and 24 hour hand are too similar in appearance.

Re: New Watch Alert: C60 Trident Chrono Pro 600
I like these, think it's the slabiness thing again. So many lovely details too. The guilloché dial, the onion and sword hands, the gold sub dials, even the cutaway in the raised hour track to contain the word Christopher. Looks great on the leather; very good photos, too. Des Ditto, I also think th...

Re: Orient Watches
I've been intrigued by Orient watches for a while. I particularly like the Orient Star Classic. Of the watches posted above, I like the salmon one.

I'm also a fan of the LC case. I've liked it since I got my first CW watch, a Rapid C7 quartz.

Re: New consort bracelet for c60 atoll ??
Hi all, This new release of a dressier bracelet is a big news !! I was wondering if this one could also fit any C60 and for instance the new atoll ?? Screenshot_20230802_142250_Chrome.jpg Or is it only for sealander C63 ? Thanks That’s a really good looking combination! I agree. I also think the ne...

Re: C63 Sealander - new colours
I think both of these watches are gorgeous and ideal for a change of pace.
I especially like the new bracelet. It brings some bling, but isn't over the top.

Some examples of bands for 21mm lugs:
I also tried a 21mm Strapcode/Miltat mesh strap. The Seastar is back on the OEM bracelet, so I can't change it until I go back to the watchmaker.

Re: Nato straps: am I doing it right?
And if politicians worldwide took as much care and gave as much thought as watch nerds give to the simple wearing of a fabric strap with pin and buckle fastening (I'm getting into character now! ), the world would be a much more orderly place. Just imagine the current trend first world probl...
