Re: Seven Years of “Loupe”: your thoughts, please?
1. Do you receive a hard copy of Loupe? Yes 2. Do you prefer a hard copy or are you content to read the online version? I prefer the hard copy, probably wouldn’t read the online version, but I don’t know that it’d bother me to miss it. 3. Which types of article or content do you enjoy most, and why?...

Also the series 1 Dartmouth bracelet will fit. Not sure if they changed it when they updated series. You could always shoot the customer service team a message to ask.

PRX vs. Twelve
I bought a PRX a couple years ago right after they launched. It didn't really fit the way that I thought it ought to. I think the end links were mostly to blame. I thought I'd live with it, but I bought a Christopher Ward watch and realized that Tissot's finishing left a lot to be desired (to me - I...

Re: Small is BIG
The screenshot I’ve seen makes me glad I’m not in the market for a 36, or at least that the new color ways are not the only options for the regular size.

It’s 9 AM (8:25 when I took the picture) and already 85 degrees (~29 C). Apparently it’ll feel like it’s about 120 degrees (49 C) by midday.

Re: Buying a vintage Piaget - who wants to split it with me?
^^^ Don’t tell me you’re not running off to engrave your face in your next GPF watch right now  Were I only that skilled at engraving 😉 But really, a GPF time gage already has my soul all in it. My handsome face is not necessary... But maybe other body parts?? 👍 Haha right on! Anything is bett...

Oh c’mon, it has Roy’s face printed right on the dial. What’s not to like?Bahnstormer_vRS wrote: ↑Sat Aug 19, 2023 11:24 pm That's not as expensive as I feared it might be; notwithstanding I think its ghastly.

Buying a vintage Piaget - who wants to split it with me?
I came across this vintage Piaget owned by Roy of Siegfried & Roy and I gotta have it. Who wants to go in on it with me? We can split custody like my parents did with me - you get every other weekend and the full month of July for some reason.

I thought about a new blue sealander to wear with the consort but I’m trying to focus on watches I truly want instead of whatever catches my eye at the moment.

Re: GMT potential unpopular opinion
What I've come to realize about wearing a GMT watch or a world timer watch is that my brain can't process the information fast enough to be useful since I don't think in 24 hour time and because my eye is not accustomed to looking at a different hour hand. In the time it takes me to look at the watc...
