Re: C65 Trident GMT - Pepsi

I quite like it. I think they have chosen the colours on the bezel well - a hint of orange in the red ties in well with the colour of the GMT hand as well as the blue. I think they both keep the weathered, retro look and really work well with the tan choice of leather strap. Nice that they have also...

Re: Trident C65 GMT broken

4-6 weeks is the standard return time that CW quote. At least, that is what they have also told me on the couple of times I have sent watches back to them for TLC. However, they have all been returned before that deadline, sometimes by a week or two. I have always been keept updated via both email a...

Re: CWL of the day

An early start for me in the office. My C65 GMT has gone back on its CW dark brown Oak Vintage Leather strap for the day as I need something a little smarter than the green canvas of yesterday.

Re: Losing time

It does seem odd behaviour, have you tried to de-magnetise it this time around? My (limited) inderstanding is that a sudden change in timekeeping accuracy (gain or loss) is caused by a sudden “trauma” to the mechanism - magnet, drop/impact or water ingress. On the other hand, a slow change of timeke...

I was lucky enough to be offered a few extra copies when I visited the showroom at CW Towers last month.
I have four spare. If anyone wants one I am happy to post you one, just PM me with addresses etc.

Re: January Sale 2019

I’m now finding myself checking this section of the CW site several times a day just in case something catches my eye. Still looking for a C1 Morgan 3-Wheeler C Use technology to do that for you  https://www.wachete.com Ah, but I live for the thrill of the hunt, the nervous anticipation of...

Re: 15% off all C65 Tridents

Yep. Glows gently on both my C65 Diver Auto and GMT all night. They seem to give each model a decent depth of lume so you get really bright for the first hour or so and then gradually dims. However I can still easily read both these dials in a dark room after eight hours or so.

Re: C60 Trident Pro 600 movement reliability

My C60 Trident Pro (Vintage) has performed perfectly since the day I bought it. This particular one is not the first one I have owned and all previous models have also performed impeccably. If I recall, my first one had the ETA2824-2 movement - I bought it pre-owned and my local watch maker opened t...

I’m sticking with the C65 Diver Auto today. And a C65 for me too

Today it is in a deep, chocolate brown CW vintage leather strap. Matches the shirt/jumper well, thank goodness for quick release spring bars..
