Re: CW January ‘21 Sale
Not necessarily good advice. It could easily happen that you buy at full price and not be able to nab one in the sale. Only buy if you are happy with the price And the watch. Sorry but I have to disagree with your response to my comments. The OP asked “If I buy a watch at full price and it's then c...

Re: CW January ‘21 Sale
If I buy a watch at full price and it's then cheaper in the sale a few days later, can I return the watch for a full RRP refund and then re-purchase another at the discounted price? Or could I contact the company for a refund of the difference to avoid the returns hassle (for both parties)? Buy the...

Re: Aviation watches category gone
Apologies for continuing the discussion around that magalogue, but have any of the present CW watch designers seen it? The C9 Harrison range gave some great watches - the Single Pusher - a bit too big and the crown was also too big but what a dial face! That is the ultimate in dial symmetry, such a ...

Re: Aviation watches category gone
On a related note, there are a number of LE watches that are now gone. I can’t imagine they suddenly sold out. I wonder if they too might show up in the sale? The C7 Motorsports have gone (Rosso and Hornet) but I can't remember if these were both LE ? The CWArchive will tell you. The C7 Horn...

Re: What would you like to see in 2021?
If 2020 was (to be) the CW year of the Chronograph what is 2021 due to be at CW? Personally I like to see a plainer version of the existing CW C65 Chrono using the dark blue from the SuperCompressor maybe, without the screw down pushers, without the extra colours on the white sub-dials and with an o...

Re: Do you have a favorite time period for C.W. watches
All my CWs are pre 2018 - preceding when I got hooked. But since then I have not been convinced. Despite some temptation, the left justified logo at nine turned me off many models, while some design details precluded others eg lack of date. I persevere in hope..... It could have been me that wrote ...

Re: SOTC - downer December 2020
A great collection of watches out of which it's the 2 x Omega that are my favourites and I'd be quite happy to have those in my minor collection.
Also, that you already own 2 x S300 and hanker after a 3rd says a lot about this particular Bremont model.

Re: England has awesome fashion
https://www.monitorduty.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/john_steed__185410.jpg But what watch should be on a true English gentleman's wrist? I don't remember John Steed ever showing a watch on the Avengers, but I would suspect either a Rolex, Omega, or possibly a Smith's, dating from wartime use, bu...

Re: Maybe no more CWs for me...
Can I ask why it's just "Maybe" no more CWs and only that they MAY have lost a customer for future purchases. If the after sales service was so poor that the 2 of you were upset so much that you gave up the watch surely you definitely won't want to deal with CW ever again? Why are you being so peda...

Re: Maybe no more CWs for me...
This sounds ridiculously entitled. Not really. This was about after sales care. Initial sales were great, very friendly, checked my past orders for sizing etc. But once they had the sale, that all went away. This guy practically encouraged her to cancel. Obviously that watch was flying off the shel...

I know he's a top class athlete but just can't believe he can get over it that quickly especially when Perez was so poorly after Mexico. It's as if he never caught it, he's back at the top (ish - don't want to spoil the quali results for those who don't know). Boris and trump still seem to be suffe...
