Result - Picked up a last minute graduation pressie for the oldest this year, 50%: steel C8 Auto went on about 5.20.
Couple of C8 Quartz on there since late this afternoon. Edit 5.50.... and gone.
Looked like a quartz to me - hopefully I'm wrong.

Re: Trident C60 600 vs ?

I briefly had the black version of the Freelancer and compared it with a Trident Mk2 at the time. https://www.christopherwardforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=48037&p=701780&hilit=freelancer#p701780 I've also had the pvd orange version, but have since sold it. Watches are good, in my opinion the omissio...

Re: F1 2020 Motorsport Thread

I've updated the thread to F1 2020 Motorsport - if someone prefers to create a new thread for the coming year then no problem and I'll change the thread title back.

In other news...
Max commits to Red Bull until 2023 and understandably the OZ GP may be in doubt.

Good advice.
Agree Richard, lets not discuss anything on a forum!

Speculation - the forming of a theory or conjecture without firm evidence.

'Nuff said I think.
Took seconds to find and I'm surprised nobody has mentioned it until now.

Re: A Lasting Legacy - Important News from Christopher Ward

Good luck to Chris and whatever he chooses to do.

For CW, to lose the founder whose name is on the dial and domain name can only be a negative imho.

Look forward to the name change and new logo!

Re: Jan sale

I would recommend any buyers to also request/order a returns pack, so if you don't like the watch or if it arrives faulty you are not left waiting weeks to return it.

Re: Clearance Returns

Based on my experience of returning a C60 Elite a couple of months ago, I reckon you'll be mid to late Jan before you see the credit appear on your statement, possibly quicker if you have a returns pack already in hand.

Returns packs and refunds can also take longer to be processed in sale periods.

Burrells had a Bremont available on Tuesday with 60% off.

Wasn't available for long - also had various Tudor Black Bays with 30% off.

Re: CW rubber strap removal woes

I once had a CW Trident V2 that arrived fitted on a CW rubber strap. It was fitted with the wrong springbars that were too long... Tried absolutely everything I could think of, almost used a Dremel to cut them off - all really annoying as they must have been a pain to fit. To fix I simply used a nar...

Re: The Bargain Hunters Thread

Has anyone ever delt with Joma before? Yes, bought an Oris from them 2 or 3 years ago - arrived in untouched new condition with all protective stickers on. Watches don't come with manufacturer guarantees as they are grey dealers. I didn't have a problem with mine, so no idea about aftersales/servic...
