The original question was about a Garmin Vivosmart but I realised that I do wear a watch on both hands, for a while, on most days. When I go to the gym in the morning I have my normal mechanical on my left wrist and either a G-Shock or Seiko SBEP003 on my right wrist. If I'm doing heavy weights then...

I used to wear a proper watch on the left wrist and a fitbit on the right wrist. The fitbit was very light and became unobtrusive. Don't forget about the 36.25mm Seamaster.
Personally I find that my blue 41mm wears a lot smaller than its size would suggest and it is quite slim height wise too.
