Re: C60 'MkII' Red 42mm - Just Arrived...

Wow, thanks Tooks, it looks amazing! This is making it even harder in my comparison with the Oris Aquis. I think the Aquis may be slightly higher quality but I think the C60 is the better looking watch.... Two questions: Can the watch be worn dressy, and how's the lume? Thanks. I've since switched ...

Re: C60 Trident 38mm

Cant help you with the size thing I'm afraid, but I can say that the new Trident-Pro auto is a beautiful watch. I have quite big wrists and went for the 42mm White Faced Model. It wears larger than my other 42mm watches and I am thinking of putting out a "want to swap 42mm for a 38mm". Bearing this ...

Re: New C60 Quartz

I don't know if its still available but the Ronda 715Li with 10 year battery life would have been a puller for me.

The white faced 38mm looks stunning to me. Will have to start saving though...

Re: The New L E Hamilton Khaki X Wind

I think they are trying too hard, like a lot of manufacturers at the moment.

My fav Hamilton from the past is the Navy GMT. Simple, and functional.

Well if CW condones this then they must be very confident in their product quality. Top marks to them!!

Re: New sales-corner rule

I agree that there should be some rules regarding sales posts. A heros and Villains section is a good idea too IMO

Re: What book are you reading

"Two Brothers" by Ben Elton. It actually put me off that it was written by him but it does seem a sensible and reasonably well written novel.

Re: Looking to buy a strap.....

I'd vote Di-Modell too, especially the Imperator which is a very classy strap IMO

Buy 20mm and just give the ends a bit of a push against a hard surface and they will fit 19mm lugs fine. Gives you a lot more choice!!
