Re: Calling out all C8 Pilot black dial owners
I'm happy with the hands as they are, thicker hands would spoil the classic pilot watch look. http://i380.photobucket.com/albums/oo243/alphajet46/DSC_0035.jpg http://i380.photobucket.com/albums/oo243/alphajet46/DSC_0016.jpg http://i380.photobucket.com/albums/oo243/alphajet46/DSC_0017.jpg If you want...

Re: C6 Colour...
I have a blue faced quartz on a rubber strap, I belive it is the best looking C6, maybe that's why they chose blue for the forum LE.
I think the the LE with the light blue indicies is not as sharp as the standard C6 with the white on blue, but what do I know.

Re: C8 Screw Down Crown
Ok Guys The watch is great, I've had mine for 3 or 4 months now, however there is a problem with the owner's handbook which tells you to turn the crown anti-clockwise untill it releases itself. it only took me a few turns to realise that this watch did not have a screw down crown. If you were not fa...

Re: Just ONE watch!
Well I have a slightly different take on the "just one watch" theme. We are off at the weekend to the Dominican Republic, for my sons wedding and 2 weeks of sun and water sports. I was thinking of taking a seiko divers for the beach and either my C15 or C8 for the evenings. However after r...

Re: Nearly New Sale
I ordered 3 straps in the sale, recieved all three today for only £5 each with no charge for postage. So now I have a choice of steel bracelet or black or brown leather strap for my C4. It is looking very nice on my wrist now with the black strap, the white stiching looks great with the silver face....

Re: C8 Pilot....One Month On.
I have been wearing my black face C8 for nearly a month now, apart from when I feel sorry for my seiko 5 "Rat". I stiil think it's a great watch, it gains about 10 second per day, which I am happy with at the moment. I even took my C8 on a two week holiday to Tenerife, where it got some ad...

Re: Project C8SWT
Nice job Eric, the black second hand does look better on the white faced C8, I did not like the red on the hand. Wish I had your skill. Don't think I could play around with a new watch though. However I prefer the black faced C8, the colours are more of a tribute to the RAF with the seccond hand and...

Re: My C7BRGLE
Lovely looking watch, but it would be even better with the word automatic on the face.
Re: My C8SKT
Hi guys The C8 does not feel heavy on my wrist, just like any automatic with a leather strap, unlike the C4 which feels like a heavy watch and slips down my wrist when it's cold. Probably because of the steel strap. The lume on the C8 black faced watch is not as bright as say my seiko kinetic diver,...

Re: Is it worth getting a waveceptor?
I have a Casio waveceptor, which sits in my display case with my other watches, it's handy to have a reliable time source alonside the other watches I can see at a glance how acuate my other watches realy are. The waveceptor has a button which tells you if it has been updated during that day. I alwa...
