So are Christopher ward the only watch maker to glue their bezels? Do all the other manufacturers do something different? Pot riveting perhaps or hammer and nails?
Just wondering why this is a Christopher Ward problem and not an issue across the whole watch making world? Or is it?

Re: A Sad loss
Very sad to hear of the tragic and sudden loss of the so very young Cirrus.
Deepest sympathy to his family and friends at this very sad time.

Re: Latest CW Mag.
Just realized if they're coming out with a blue bezel/white dial model, they must be coming out with a blue bezel/black dial. Someone here wanted that combo bad and emailed Chris, remember? I think I will like that more than the all blue because the ceramic will stand out more. I bet those that fee...

Re: Straps, straps and more straps
I just saw the press release about 3 different strap sizes across the whole range. When I look though the web site seems vague - leather straps in three sizes but metal straps a 10.00 resizing charge and no option on c70 watches. Is this a half baked thing or can we really order all straps in 3 size...

Re: it's tackiness like this that makes me dislike breitling
You know liking or not liking something is very subjective. I happen to like this a lot, now don't get me wrong i wouldn't dream of ever putting myself forward as a man of impeccable good taste. I just look at things and decide whether or not I like them or not. This I like.

Re: C70 GP Chronometer Limited Editions Released 12/03/15
I'm really stunned by these. I don't like paying that much for a quartz but, these are just so well done and are the best versions of this series yet. I actually really like the thought of owning an extra accurate quartz; makes it a bit more interesting than the norm. Come this Christmas, if they'r...

Re: The New Hamilton Ventura And Worldtimer Chrono.
I've often thought about a Ventura but dismissed the idea on the basis that a) I wouldn't actually be able to read the time on it and b) I would look a bit of a t!t wearing it... *edit - even more of a t!t... I think if I'm honest about myself those were two of the main reasons why I bought mine! I...

Re: C70 3527 GT Chronometer
I said it when they came out, I'll say it again now. I really like these. With all the kerfuffle about the price when they were released, I think that its good looks got lost amongst the argument about the pricing strategy. That is a lovely watch, IMO the nicest version of the C70 (and I usually li...

Saw this thread, saw Kip's helpful comments, e-mailed Wera who was on it in record time and my plate is on its way.
I was already delighted with this watch now I'm getting a belated bonus. I'm a happy chappie!

Re: CWL of the day
Just discovered that pulling out the crown to change the hour stops and resets the stopwatch but pushing the crown in again sets the stopwatch back to the elapsed time and sets it running again: neat eh? http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/10/14/avynytag.jpg Sent from my HTC Desire HD A9191 using Tapatalk...

Re: Considering returning the C3
I honestly think the C3 is gorgeous, but if you need extra holes in the strap then you have a small wrist and maybe the stiff leather is not hanging well. I'd say keep it and buy the metal bracelt for it, I think you will love it then.
