I haven't posted for some time, but I felt it right & proper to break my silence in order to express my condolences.
39 is no age at all.....I have socks older than that!
My thoughts go to Richard's family at this time.

Re: New sales-corner rule
:thumbdown to the 30 post rule: I am the owner of 2 Christopher Ward watches. I would like to sell these 2 watches in order to fund another CW. Not going to sit here and make 29 additional posts (not my cup of tea) just for the sake of selling the watches. I'll post for sale elsewhere. Just voicing...

If I'm honest,with regards to both,I don't really care.

Re: Bremonts new baby.... The Wright Flyer
I feel so bad for the Wright family being associated with this pathetic marketing attempt. I don't know how bremont will ever be able to pay back the Wright family Not sure id use the word pathetic....it was misguided. Whether it was a clumsy & ignorant misguidance,or an intentional attempt to pull...

Re: Bremonts new baby.... The Wright Flyer
I have to say I'm not particularly fussed about the design although I do think the rotor is stunning. And the cloth from the Wright Flyer?...it's not from the first flight;it comes from the same cloth that was used to recover the wings after the first flight. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=101...

Re: Future value of FLE and limited editions
Random chance. There are too many different models and variations....the odd one,as mentioned, tends to sell quickly and perhaps slightly higher than originally priced but I really don't see anyone getting rich out of investing in CW watches.

..... but still prefer a company that fixes it over those who really don't care... ...and they will get it right eventually - unfortunately they are a reasonably fast growing company with all that entails, and that all to often means overlooking some of the detail... Alasdair CW have never been goo...

CW videos
Is it me,or are they really cheesy? I don't know who's doing them but I can't help but feel that they could be doing a better job. They sort of remind me of dated, corporate, tree hugging videos.

Re: Will you be purchasing the new Harrison C9 anniversary?
I think the poll results show a resounding "M'eh" on the forum....but as has been mentioned,we have not been the target market for some time. Along with others I do not see the point of a 5 day reserve without a power reserve indicator of some sort.It needn't be on the face,it could be on the back. ...
