Re: January 2022 Sale

I was lucky enough to see the sales post on CWE seconds after someone posted it and pulled the trigger on a Tide and an Abyss.

After I’d calmed down a bit, I sent an email to cancel the Abyss as I’m pretty certain it’s the Tide I want.

Re: What's new for CW in 2022? The rumor mill post

Pure guesswork, but I think we might see a 36mm Sealander, along with more colour variants. Perhaps a lighter blue, for example, or an orange.

As other people have already commented, I think (and hope) that a dress watch is on the horizon too.

Stunning collection. I can see why they don't get much wear, but for me those JLCs are absolutely outstanding.

Re: CW 2021 Forum Watch of the Year

This vote is somewhat analogous to British politics, in that although the majority seem to be favouring the C63 over the Concept, their vote is being split across three models and thus the Concept may well storm to power

There’s a white Sealander GMT under the tree with my name on it. I know that because I put it there

Re: 1 Park Street, Thread

Perhaps a silly question, but has anyone ever been offered any 'down the back of the sofa, pre-official sale goodies' during a visit to CW Towers, or is it strictly what's available on the website only? Yes; in a manner of speaking. Not quite the 'down the back of the sofa, pre-official sale goodie...

Re: NPD T4 project

Apologies if this idea has already been covered but (since no idea is too 'wild' for this thread)... How about a 'design your own' Trident function. Accepting this would come at a premium, but I would love the opportunity to tailor everything about my individual watch. Case size, logo placement, bez...

Sandhurst for me. Simple, timeless, legible, great size, and an all round proper field watch.

Re: Clearance

I missed out on anything from the sale partly due to being too slow but mostly because the models I really wanted didn’t appear, which was a bit gutting, but now I’ve banked the money I’ve ‘saved’ for two watches in January…

Re: Bronze Twins - Should I Keep Both ?

Hard to say as I don’t know your collection size, preferences, financial situation, etc. but my own preference is to have as much diversity in my collection as possible. For me, those two are both so similar (and stunning, by the way) that I’d happily forego one and then replace it with something to...
