Re: Trident Chronograph Quartz

I agree with Guy. Watch size is very personal but, to me, the watch looks good on your wrist

Re: C65 GMT Worldtimer

It's busy and not for me, but there is something in the look that i like. Would be interesting to see how the complication works. From the image alone i can't see anything other than a GMT with a fancy, manually moved bezel

Re: Coronavirus

I guess so. It's a while away yet, so we'll have to review nearer the time of course, however the place we rent is very close to the beach and a real home from home. That said, it will lose something if the beach front pub is closed! It's where we Grockles meet up with the locals and share a pint or...

Re: A Lasting Legacy - Important News from Christopher Ward

Wow, I too am late to the party. I thought i did all my research on specs reviews etc. I didn't discover this until after purchase (item hasn't even arrived yet). Now I'm questioning whether to keep or move to a more established brand that isn't going anywhere. It seems like this brand could be sol...

Re: Coronavirus

PaulJS, is the opposite not true for your holiday cottages? I would have thought that UK holidays would be snapped up with the absence of international travels. We’re booked up for South Devon this year and have every intention of going.......

Re: Is it just me mourning the demise of 43mm?

I agree that the 42mm do size quite differently. I was surpised how my Mk 3 looks compared to the Mk 2 - definitely smaller. That said, i actually prefer the Mk 3 sizing and proportions

Re: Coronavirus

There’s been a step change in the last few days. The intensity, tone and panic have all moved up a level or two. A concert I was due to attend tomorrow has now been cancelled, we’re readying to move to work from home, EFL matches postponed for a minimum of 3 weeks and i’m Hearing that all Surrey sch...

Thanks for the pics and review. I really really like this. I would like a blue version but from the pics of the black look like the preferred version.

Re: Christopher Ward Price for a Battery Replacement.

I send mine back to CW as per Guy's post. Straightforward and cheap. My Tissots via Ernest Jones (with pressure testing) were £60ish.

Re: Another new Speedmaster......

To be honest, Patrick, it still wouldn’t appeal to me. I’d put it in the same bucket as the ‘Danbury Mint Fulham F C’ watch )£17.99 + 5 x £15 instalments or, the other end of the scale, a Hublot. Either way, not for me discount or not :) :)

Hi Ian, you can either click on your profile or, using web browser, it tells you your post count under your profile name next to a post. I’m sure you’ll appreciate that part of the spirit of the rule is to avoid speed posting :)
