I love mine and proudly wear them daily. You’ll often see me posting them on the Facebook page.
My first love....and they say you never forget your first!
Favourite = blue, least worn (but I don’t know why) = yellow.

Re: Buying CW beaters...restoring to new?
I’ve bought lots of CW watches for basement prices and sold them on for a small profit. It’s definately a risky business though. Although you re-cased a relatively new model, there is definitely a sense of satisfaction of bringing an old tired model back to life so someone else gets years of future ...

Re: CWL of the day
Well done to the forum, I was always frustrated at the awkwardness of adding pictures here, something I commented on in the recent survey. Well, I’ve just managed it without any instructions, so well done and thanks for listening! Here’s another, apologies for posting 2 today! 722C2940-F8C1-4085-9BB...

Re: Do your kids wear a watch?
My son is 11 and wears his black c6 kingfisher to school every day. I bought it off eBay a couple of years ago but had some damage to the black bits on the bezel, so gave it to him, he loves it.
Both my daughter’s 16 & 14 wear W7 ladies Christopher Ward’s.
Starting them early!

Re: C2 watch strap
Hi James, are you sure CW don’t have any. About 6 months ago I know they got a fresh batch in - perhaps they’ve sold out. They were £55.00.

Re: Slight signs of wear....
Well done Guy, a good pick up, sometimes these non prestine watches are worth a punt - and it’s always nice to give these tired oldies a facelift at CW towers as long as they don’t bankrupt you.
I’m afraid I scour fleabay every morning looking for bargains, so happy to have helped here!

Very envious, especially as you outbid me with 10 seconds to go on this one on eBay. Enjoy Gary - my search continues and my day will come. Lovely collection.

Re: Stolen watch
Keep an eye on EBay as well. I had a C6 Orange Kingfisher ‘stolen’ by Royal Mail on its way back to Christopher Ward. It never turned up and that was about 15 months ago, but I still check for it every day! Also, if you have the serial number email CW as they can add it to their watch list (no pun i...

Re: Have an idea, looking for support.
Maybe of interest to others, but Chris has been waiting ages for a new batch of C2 Lido standard straps to come into CW towers. I know a few of you were waiting patiently so thought I'd mention it. Laura advises me they are £50 per strap. Steve PS returned a Lido IPK to CW this week from the sofa fi...
