Re: The C7 and its competition

There are a couple of Maurice Lacroix Sports Quartz Chrono models that I quite like and are quite similar to the C7 in design - price is a fair bit higher though (RRP about £650) and I'm not sure what movement they have. Interestingly enough, they seem to have large date with individual digit chang...

Re: The C7 and its competition

Thank you both for your answers, Russ: as you may know from other posts, I am actually a quartz guy. It is CWL and what I learned from this forum that really made me consider mechanical, hence my Seiko 5 (for practicing some regulation … oh the poor thing) and my beautiful Aviator that I enjoy a lot...

The C7 and its competition

Hello everybody, I would like to ask to you, knowledgeable people, what are other brands models that are comparable to the C7, in quality and value. Are they in the same price range? or the business model of CWL really continues to offer great value at a better price. What are your thoughts? Regards...

Re: My Malvern C5AWK LE (SE?)

This has become very interesting. If someone notice another difference in his aviator of previous batches, it would be nice to see his movement. I enjoy this kind of things: like detecting the different versions of the HP 35 calculator, or the Corgi Batmobile... I think Kip should prepare a special ...

Re: My Malvern C5AWK LE (SE?)

Look at the picture of Hans' Aviator and compare to mine. Pay attention to both rotors. The design and decoration seem different. Re: My Malvern C5AWK LE (SE?)

Lovely watch, wear it always in good health! The movement is stunning! 8) CW does have a nice finish applied to the 2824’s used in the C5s. It is likely the reason why he has to wait for them. The average 2824 is not finished this way. Russ I noticed that the decoration in my Aviator, the one in th...

Re: C5 Mavern Aviator Limited Ed - problem?

After looking for what wobble means, I can say that my Aviator spins right.I does make +25 sec. per day regularly, so I think soon it will need regulation.

Miguel

My Malvern C5AWK LE (SE?)

Hi, Finally I could make some pictures of my Aviator. The watch is gorgeous, that is the least I can tell, specially the beautiful movement that I can enjoy thanks to the transparent back. I took only three pictures because I am waiting for my daughter to come back from a trip: She has a better lens...
