Re: A (virtual) showroom visit and some CW gossip

And I forgot to say... In general the 40mm watches have been a huge hit. The 42mm watches are also selling well. The success of the 40mm has really slowed sales of the 38mm. Draw your own conclusions. I called just that exactly a year ago . While I know some people need a 38mm, most men & wom...

Re: Coronavirus

A third person is my state tested positive for it; all related from travel in Italy. It seems to be under control but I worry more about my 62-year old mother who's in the midst of moving apartments. Lots of people out and about and no reported local cases. Hysteria though as grocery stores sold out...

Re: Christopher Ward Watch Praise

When things like 'Phenomenal quality' are mentioned and people owning Rolex, Zenith etc saying 'why would anyone want anything more' (is he going to sell everything then and buy a CW? NO.) it gets my back up as everything has +/-'s but to be blindly fanboying just doesn't sit right with me. IMO the...

Hmm, if I'm honest, that has me a little worried though...what if I need to have the insert replaced in the future for whatever reason?
Well, when you get your watch back in you will enjoy your newly repaired black on black C60!

Re: 6.5" wrist, C60... 38mm vs 40mm

Some great pictures there! The 38mm is the 'proper' fit for sure, but the 40mm looks more modern and is the better watch. If you don't mind the bigger size I think it looks perfect and stylish on you.

Re: C60 Mk3 Red vs. Black vs. Blue

Why? The black with the polished face just seemed to have more depth to it and just looked a better watch. I realised that every time i went to the watch box, I was probably always going to choose the black over the blue. It’s a very personal thing but to me the black just looks better and this isn...

Re: 6.5" wrist, C60... 38mm vs 40mm

The 40mm version is the better balanced design. It has more room to breath and has the marker at 3 which looks a lot nicer. It does look bigger on you; probably your limit. But it looks more impressive at quick glance and as if you're getting more bang for the buck. The Mk II has a nice 38mm but for...

Re: C65 automatic steel bracelet - not quick release?

Honestly, I'd be grateful to have received the old bracelet with the C65; they fit the proper vintage look better. The QR one isn't bad though! :)

That is really nice! Better than the blue I agree. Definitely getting a vintage Sub feel from it too. Color me intrigued.

Re: A Lasting Legacy - Important News from Christopher Ward

Oh...I dunno https://dubaimonsters.com/blog/brands-that-undergone-a-name-change/ to my mind CW could move to the two flags and SH branding e.g. SH Calibre 21 calibre 200 Calibre 201 etc... On that list, from my knowledge, the WWF was the only really famous one to switch; and even then it was only a...

The page goes nowhere when you click though. The Twin Flags aren't there either so I imagine old stock if so.
