Re: C60 'MkII' Red 42mm - Just Arrived...
Well, I couldn't resist and took the caseback off to take a peek. I was surprised to see it not only has a nicely finished metal movement holder, but the movement itself is also an ETA 2824-2. Re: C60 'MkII' Red 42mm - Just Arrived...
Question: Shouldn't the Trident and the writing be pointing up like how the Makaira is? I guess it don't make a difference but... :o. The Makaira is a screwed down back, which means it can always be put in the same position. The Trident is a screw on back which means it will be in a different posit...

Re: 2013 FLE Progress Report #19 Summary and Evolution
I think the stock strap did it no favours in terms of sales. And the photos on the website were not very flattering at all. A great watch in the flesh. The stock strap actually complemented the watch, IMO. I believe a nice bracelet would have put it over the top. Too bad the bracelet idea was nixed.

Re: 2013 FLE Progress Report #19 Summary and Evolution
I received mine today in the USA! This watch looks much, much better in the flesh. Now I may have to hold off on the EXP II polar dial.
Great read!

Re: 2013 FLE Progress Report #18
I'm staying with the twin roll strap. I will purchase a different style on my own. Gator strap is too expensive(IMO) and I will probably pay some heavy custom duties if I were to purchase it with the watch.
