Re: Do your kids wear a watch?

My son is 11 and wears his black c6 kingfisher to school every day. I bought it off eBay a couple of years ago but had some damage to the black bits on the bezel, so gave it to him, he loves it. Way to go Steve! Start them off with a Kingfisher, what more could he want? The W7s are also a great cho...

Re: Do your kids wear a watch?

My son now seems to be leaning towards a Trident Pro 600, seems to prefer to get an auto over quartz, probably my influence. I think I might have to order a couple of different models and can return the one he least likes, the benefit of 60/60. I'll wait a month or so until nearer his birthday. The...

Re: 2012 Forum LE for sale by Chris Ward

Also, it's strange, that as I now have quite a few more watches than, say, a year ago my desire to persistently play around and switch straps has waned. It’s the watches providing the variety Guy, rather than the straps. :) I find that once I settle on a strap (or bracelet) that suits the watch, it...

Re: Do your kids wear a watch?

Of four daughters and one son, all of them wear watches. One daughter is a sporadic watch wearer, another has two CWs and wears a watch every day. Son has two watches, his C3 MkI is his favourite. Third daughter has a 3 watches, including a CW and a vintage hand wound Certina. Eldest daughter has 6-...

Re: HANDS-ON OMEGA SPEEDMASTER TOKYO 2020 LIMITED EDITION SET REVIEW

Yes, they’re old(ish) news and have been previously discussed on the forum, but this is the first review I’ve seen of the complete set, which IMO makes it worthwhile reading... :)

But if you haven’t joined the party of owning any of the above yet, you’re in luck: for this weekend only, we’re offering 15% of...

Omega Seamaster London

Lovely watches but.. What gets me is that they call it a Seamaster yet looks more like its roots are from the Constellation. It hearkens back to the fifties and sixties Nigel, when Seamasters of all shapes and styles abounded. There were even watches branded with two ranges, typically two of these;...

^^^ Looking good Paul; the shirt goes very nicely with it too.

A slightly unusual one for me, a 7T32 Seiko
