I haven't personally but my friend bought a lovely Omega AT on a leather strap. On the buckle the Omega branding rubbed off after barely any wear and it had to be sent back to be replaced. Took months to resolve!

Watches are shipped in a large wooden watch box, about 10 inches long, 4 inches wide and 3 inches tall. weighing just under a kilo. Nope, no outer box. Just 2 smaller boxes containing the straps. Must admit, do find it bizarre the bracelet would be shipped separately to the watch

I've done my own CW bracelet resizing with some inexpensive tools bought from ebay - pin pushers and such like and taken great satisfaction in doing it. myself. I am not normally good at such tasks!
