Re: Anyone have issues with Trident C60 600?

Had/have many CWs, including Tridents. Occasionally, I have had issues and had to return them to CW for repair (when in warranty). One ( an SH21) came back with the same problem and had to go back a 2nd time. Having said all of the above, I am mindful that the problems encountered have been few and ...

Re: More CW quality problems.

Well it's back from warranty repair and the good news is that the auto winding sounds "better" than it did from new and a week on the wrist shows it to be working excellently. That's the good bit. The watch was sent for repair in the original coffin box, but was returned to me in the new ...

Re: CW and Andrew Morgan Collab??

Up until now, the BC has never floated my boat. I attended the CW preview for the blue dial, but I just couldn't get excited about it. With 'The Red One', this is the first time my attention has been peaked. I always envisaged picking up a 2nd hand BC in years to come, at a discount, but I believe I...

Re: New innovations from CW - your thoughts?

To me the Bel Canto and the Twelve represented new avenues for CW, new departures if you will, in the sense that they had never attempted a sonnerie or an integrated sports watch before. Are you forgetting about the old C20 Steve which was an early attempt at an integrated bracelet watch? Of course...

Re: Celebrate CW's 20th Anniversary -

Did CW attend? No; reason/s unknown. The event was very much like a Corporate Christmas / Summer party, with the majority of CW staff from Maidenhead attending (with a skeleton crew left behind holding the fort, so to say), and some 'private' guests i.e. Forum and CWE etc. There was also representa...

Re: High End Collectors View of the 12

Very considered review - found it to be very informative, particularly as I am considering the 12X and have never held a 12.

Difficult to choose one favourite.
Different favourites for different moods/settings.

C9/C65/C8 if I had to choose three🤣😔

Re: Schofield Obscura

Ouch!. Unique and fab looking watch, but £10k????😮 Maybe take a rain check over the bank holiday weekend and gather your thoughts. That said, I have hoovered up far too many watches over the last two years. You are evidently at a far more advanced stage of watch collecting than I, so you most likely...

Guy
Still on my wrist today. I have stared over at it far more times than I would for most of my other watches.
Love it - thanks for selling it to me.
It will be treasured👍
