CW Rubber with Canvas straps
I'd like to buy a longer version of the CW Hybrid rubber straps, but CW is out of them at the moment and doesn't seem to offer them in longer versions (I have to wear my current strap on the last hole). I'm wondering if any of you know of another source for a similar strap? The searches I've done so...

Re: C60 Apex - Auto winding
Thanks Guy, I'll try setting it on clockwise only and see what happens. How have you got on with this? Guy Sent from my Xperia 5 using Tapatalk Sorry Guy just saw this. Yes setting it clockwise works great! The watch does take a lot more rotations to reach full power reserve than other movements, b...

C60 Apex - Auto winding
About a month ago I purchased a C60 Apex from a fellow forum member and love it so far. I've had it in my rotation for once a week wearing. In the mean time I occasionally wind it to keep from needing to set it again. Last week I finally broke down and bought an 8 place watch winder. I've been using...

Re: Not Happy with CW customer service
I've found their customer service exemplary recently, in a combination of email and phone calls. I have given them some grace period for replies to emails as they do seem very busy. It may be worth giving them a call about it, but I suspect you can just refuse the delivery and they'll just be retur...

Not Happy with CW customer service
I ordered 2 watches and 4 extra straps during the CW sale on July 10th. On July 21st, I had still not received a notification of shipping so I contacted CW and they told me my order had been on hold because one of the straps was back-ordered. I expressed my frustration and told them I would have dro...

Re: Guess who made the July sale sold-out?
At least these watches are still available on CW dot com, maybe not for the sales price, but available nonetheless. Compare that with Rolex stainless steel tool watches where the only practical way to buy one new at MSRP is either to win the "wait list lottery", pander to your AD buying lo...

Re: Forum Limited Edition 2013
We should do a 2020 Forum Limited Edition - It should include a meteorite dial (since I'm sure a meteorite striking the earth is next in line for this nutty year) and use a lot of red, orange, yellow to mimic fire.

Re: New CW website now live
When you go to an order page it does not show you tracking information anymore (didn't it used to give you the tracking number?)

Re: Where did all the C6 Kingfishers go?
Inmates able to browse forums to shop for watches, wow :) To the OP, there was a guy on the forums who had a great thread about oil filling a Kingfisher, it inspired me to oil fill a bunch of quartz watches I have (non CW). Would love to try that on a Kingfisher. Great thread like this one Liquid f...
