Re: CW Returns Process
Well, that was unexpected. I received an email from customer services asking why I wanted to return the watch for a refund. Maybe they are trying to reduce the instances of "buyer's remorse" returns, if you will. Most companies ask why an item is being returned don't they? Maybe they just...

Re: Customer service
To be clear, as a UK company CW have to (and no doubt will) comply with these regulations. It doesn't matter where in the world you are. In some ways, CW do exceed the legal requirements: e.g 60 day returns, accepting returns on engraved case back. For anyone in the UK

Re: Nearly new
^^^That's pretty comprehensive, and should allay your concerns.
I'll just add my view: If you bought a watch yesterday and are wearing it today, tomorrow it will be "nearly new".

Re: Grassroots sport sponsorship
Whilst I've no direct experience of this... I'd suggest contacting local companies. The key though is not to just ask for money etc, but think first about what YOU are offering THEM. As with any other transaction, it's important to speak to the right person or department.
Good luck!

Yes; strap will be 20mm at the lugs but could be 18mm or 16mm for the buckle.
You'll need to get that from @Jim77

Re: Christopher Ward becomes Everton's Official Global Timing Partner
As a Red, I find it hard to support CW I can't believe Everton is sponsored by CW. It might deter my from my purchase. It's fairly well known that Mike France is an Everton supporter. As you would be if you came from ... Formby. Easy perhaps for me to say - not a football fan - but if you were to a...

I'm wearing a watch with a Miyota movement, and I've found it to be nothing less than superb Some people seem to be a bit sniffy about Miyota, but my experience is the same as yours: The couple I have are both way better than the movement in the back of my CW Trident Mk2 in the only respect that ma...

Re: The watch selling world that is eBay & Chrono24
I've bought watches on ebay with no problems. Perhaps I've been lucky, but I've become more wary now. I'm attracted to some g-shock models, but there are so many fakes (and forum rules prevent discussion of such so I will say no more) that I will now only buy from a business, and one with retail pre...

Re: seconde/seconde Snake watch?
I didn't think it would be for me, and it isn't. There's no way I would spend that on a novelty watch. Obviously people do though.
Probably one for the Chinese market.
