Re: C63 Elite - Where are all the video reviews?
Thanks Guy! Yeah, I read that back when it was posted. Just still really surprised at no videos of YouTubers reviewing the Elite. Not a conspiracy theorist, but I find it odd. As a CW owner I understand the gratuitist return policy but can't pull the trigger on a $1700 watch (plu$ non-refundable dut...

C63 Elite - Where are all the video reviews?
Hello all! I've been interested in the C63 Elite (and now Colchester) since it was introduced and pretty much all of my watch purchases have been based on researching many written, and most importantly, video reviews. Is it just me, or does it seem like there is there a lack of video reviews for the...

Re: Non CW of the Day
All this discussion about the C63, and my tastes trending towards tool, pilot, sport watches, I sold the C65 SC and replaced it with a used Archimede Outdoor. Good deal (IMO) and came with 3 straps and hardened bracelet. Still interested in the C63 Elite.

Re: Loupe - Issue 20 - Spring 21
Not to start rumor, but I noticed my copy in the US had a return address in New Hampshire. Marketing company address, or future CW USA distributor? Edit: Looks like a residential address. I’d like to think it’s some kind of inside joke with CW. Maybe the address is a disgruntled American customer w...

Re: CWL of the day
Just arrived today. Very pleased! After wearing nothing but German minimalist watches for the past month I have to admit my first impression was, "gosh, it's a bit blingy." But that quickly disappeared once I put it on and I was instantly impressed with its look. Thanks again CW! CW SCBS (...

Re: CW January ‘21 Sale
DHL just delivered my Black Sand SC. As with my prior CW purchases, pretty impressive to have a watch in hand after traveling ~5000 miles in three business days!! Also impressed with the watch, of course. Thanks again CW!!

Re: CW January ‘21 Sale
Noted the email when I arrived at work ~0730 CST and have to admit with with all the choices, and past sale frenzy, I nervously bagged a SC Black Sand thinking it wasn’t going to last. A couple hours later it was still a available so they had a bunch to sell (or I have bad taste 😆). That makes 3 CW’...

Re: Damasko: to in-house or not to in-house?
I'm far from being "learned" re. watches, but I recently purchased a DS30 with an ETA/Sellita movement (don't know which one) and couldn't be happier with it. Out of the box it is the most accurate watch I own, maintaining -1 spd.. Maybe I got lucky, but looking online, my experience with ...

Monster Monday. The watch that launched 10 additional mechanical watches, and a quartz Marathon, from a lifetime of only G-Shocks.

Grab-n-go MSAR for installing Christmas decorations today. It being a quartz, with the bombproof construction and tritium tubes make it my go-to watch on the weekends. Awesome watch.

Re: The cult of Seiko
After spending half a lifetime wearing only G-Shock’s my Seiko Orange Monster was the gateway into mechanical watches. It was my EDC for 5 years and took the same abuse my G-Shocks were subjected too. However, after dealing with Seiko Service USA to repair that watch (5 attempts), and my changing ta...
