Re: What would I like CW to Design next?

I’d like to see a 36mm case, probably a C65 vintage MK3. Totally agree.....I would LOVE LOVE LOVE a 36mm variant of something like the C60 MK3 but with no dive bezel. I suppose a CW version of the 36mm Black Bay. I would also, in an absolute instant, jump on something far more dressy from CW. Blue'...

Re: Christopher Ward Watch Praise

The Trident Mk III is competing with divers near it's price range (Grey Market) like the Oris Aquis, Longines HydroConquest, and Tag Heuer Aquaracer. The quality is on par or better in certain areas. But the Trident isn't playing quite with the big companies yet. From all I've read and seen, the on...

Re: Wohoo! It's finally here!

Congratulations and Happy Birthday. Thanks! The red bezel is fantastic. The only complaint I have with my white/red C60 is that the red used on the bezel is really hard to match to a strap. In which case I'd suggest that you go for a complimentary colour rather than trying to get it all matchy matc...

Re: Wohoo! It's finally here!

Thanks everyone, much appreciated. I'm really loving the black/red combo. But I must say, the renders on CW's site really doesn't do the colour justice. Those images make it look like a brighter red, when in reality it's quite dynamic as it can shift, depending on the light, between burgundy, maroon...

If it remained horizontal you would be very fortunate...
Lol, true. When I modded my SKX013 I trimmed the stem until I got the signed crown to line up perfectly.

Wohoo! It's finally here!

So, Tuesday marked 1 week since I placed the order, and today I got the watch. It's rather fitting, as it's my birthday present and got it exactly on the right day :-D I'm completely smitten with this watch. The 38mm size fits precisely how I was hoping it would, the red colour on the bezel, everyth...

Re: C60 trident sizing

torn between 38 and 40. Does anyone with 7.75 wrists recomend the 38 over the 40? I'd definitely not recommend the 38 for your wrist size. It really will look rather puny given how much smaller a 38mm sports/dive watch already looks compared to a 38mm dress watch. You could easily get away with eit...

Re: An (en)grave mistake

As some might know, my recent order included the option to have it engraved. What I found interesting (weird) is when I asked CW's CS what type of font, the size, and position that it would be engraved (and perhaps some images of others), I was simply told that it's a hold font lightly engraved int...

Re: Coronavirus

I work for a national DIY chain, they have been limiting the purchase of dust masks and coveralls to 5 per customer and as a company we have just about run out, panic buying  .it is really p#££#*% off the workman that genuinely need them Yeah a friend in Italy has asked me if I perhaps knew ...

Re: Coronavirus

Well? According to WatchPro BaselWorld has been called off for this year. My perspective is that Coronovirus is the current zeitgeist in the media / social media. I've read from several sources that within UK in a 'normal' year c. 1,000 people will die from Influenza ('flu) mostly elderly and those...

Re: It's done...first order placed

Just got an email back saying that the order is apparently ready to be dispatched and the reason the order page still says "processing" is because that will only change once the item has been dispatched.
