Re: Trident gaining 10 to 12 seconds....

just checked my watch against the atomic clock and its gained 2 seconds over the last two days :( having said that, If anyone told me that my watch would be +-2 seconds a day I'd have been over the moon, especially at the price of the C65. :D

Re: A Credor to Crave For...

the Eichi 2 is right of the top of my holy grail list - it is stunningly beautiful and gorgeously clean and uncluttered.

Re: Trident gaining 10 to 12 seconds....

Sorry to resurrect this thread, but I have to say that I'm super impressed with my C65 automatic. I've been monitoring it for about a week now using toolwatch atomic time synced screen, and its kept exactly the same time, not lost or gained a second over the week. Confession, I started off using the...

Re: C65 automatic steel bracelet - not quick release?

thought I'd better give an update on this. CW have been amazing and have sent out a replacement bracelet with the QR bars. Took about 5 minutes to remove a link from either side and then fit to my watch, no problems. I really like the leather strap that I bought with it but I think I'm going to stic...

Re: C65 Trident Automatic

Got my bracelet issue sorted with CW and actually feel that the bracelet sits better and feels better than the leather strap, which I was always adjusting. In terms of sizing and fitting the new bracelet it took less than 5 minutes to remove a link from each side and then fit the bracelet to the wat...

When you do get them out, make sure to change the springbars, see the following.

Wow, thanks for that, glad I'm not the only one. Update: replacement spring bars are ordered, as is that nifty tool! :D

Re: C65 automatic steel bracelet - not quick release?

Good idea, I might give that a go, although your pins have ledges that mine don't, I ended up using my pointy tweezers to grip them and pull down which worked well but I couldn't get the other end out, maybe due to the additional pressure due to the loose end of the spring being compressed against t...

Re: C65 automatic steel bracelet - not quick release?

I didn't get a response to my email, so I called them. I spoke to a lady who looked into it for me and she said that because the nearly new advert had been removed (as I'd bought it) then she couldn't easily tell whether the watch was advertised with a QR strap or if dispatch had made a mistake and ...

Re: C65 automatic steel bracelet - not quick release?

To be honest, I'm losing the will to live with this bracelet. Its a really tight fit, so I can get one end out, but when I try the other, the end I've got out pops back in again, and I'm trying to be very careful with my new bracelet. Right now, I'm even considering sending it back, but I know that ...

Re: C65 automatic steel bracelet - not quick release?

Good point, the SKU of the current model is C65-41ADA1-S0BB0-B0 and the SKU of my purchase was N65-41ADA1-S0BB0-B0, so I assume that the N prefix means its from the Nearly New sale? But otherwise, its the same SKU

C65 automatic steel bracelet - not quick release?

My C65 automatic in blue arrived this morning to my work address, and I was eager to try it on. I bought it in the newly new sale on Monday night, so it arrived here on the Isle of Man fairly quickly, was quite impressed with that. As I'd bought the bracelet model, I also purchased a vintage oak str...

Re: My C65 Trident GMT isn't waterproof!

Hi All, the watch arrived today and it looks amazing, really chuffed with it. I'll keep it and see how I get on with it in the wet (and living on the Isle of Man it gets wet here a lot!).
