Re: C63 Snow Leopard or BMF or both and, if both why?

BMF looks like the winner for me and got my vote here. As I'm on the site looking to vote with my wallet, the noted value of buying in GBP for shipping to US makes it looks like I should consider both... aagh I've finally decided to kick a few watches out of the watch box and yet here I am again

Re: C65 Dune

This release is a bit of a positive renewal of the C65 line for me. The original C65 diver and GMT models have remained my all time favorite CW's to this point, and the Aquitaine lineup confused me a bit with its C65 label. I tried to love the Aquitaine, and there's hope that if one ever lands on my...

Re: SH21 Collections

Great trio of SH21's Brian  And also to the rest of you guy's with SH21 collections, particular note to Thomas, Alex & Gary  At one stage I owned quite a few SH21's. I owned the C9 5 Day SH21, the C1 GM 5 day SH21, the C60 Abyss SH21 and the C9 Small Seconds SH21. All gone now and m...

Re: C60 sunrise 1-49

The 40mm case, the correspondingly "compact" bezel and even the dial colour in some light levels don't exactly shout out "look at me". But I've worn mine in the last three days when the ambient light was good and I shall be happy to keep my 1 of 49 and wear it in rotation. Man I...

Re: Misaligned bezels on CW divers

I've had a few Seiko's with misaligned bezels, as well as a couple of microbrands - guess it's my luck, but I can't recall any misalignment issues with any of my CW's - more than a dozen divers.

Re: Number of CW Watches Owned

Currently at 8, thought 2 - 3 really should find new homes, and there's 8 others that have come and gone, one that I rebought and is currently in the collection, but is also back on the chopping block. I've shuffled a number of other watches/brands through the watchbox, none as much as CW's.

Re: Clearance has started

Sigh... here we go again with my dancing around a C65 Dartmouth. The Dartmouth currently listed is on a bracelet, where the last I'd seen available on the sale was on a strap, though there was some available on the bracelet earlier in the sale... which makes me think this clearance page may contain ...

Re: SH21 Collections

Those C65's are brilliant - the watch fund didn't allow them to join my collection when released - I've casually looked for them since. Any idea how many were released? Thank you... I think it was 150 of each. The C65 SH21 Bronze was a lovely watch, but I just didn't wear it enough... it's gone to ...

Re: SH21 Collections

I only have three of these now (C60 Concept, C1 Grand Malvern & C65 SH21 LE), but this was probably the zenith of my SH21 collection, back in July last year. I did also have a C8 PR, but had sold that a few weeks before this photo was taken. Anyway, it still stands as a lovely collection photo,...

Re: Bracelet resizing?

Indeed, the double screw system leaves something to be desired (and from a technical perspective not sure I understand the benefit v. single screw systems). fwiw, single screw systems are really easy to resize on your own, and as others have posted here there are benefits, especially if you are pic...

C60 Sunrise... strap monster?

Having just taken receipt of my second watch from the sale, a 40mm C60 Trident 300 on bracelet, I was eager to try the bracelet on the C60 Sunrise that came in earlier in the week. While at it, I also went through a rotation of all of the Tide straps I have (including the new bright blue from the sa...

Re: Screw links

I’ll be interested to see what my 2 Nearly New purchases have when they arrive tomorrow. I just received my NN C60 Trident Pro 300 from the sale and it came with a bracelet with single screw links. This is my first Chris Ward with screw links - all my others have been pin/collar. Honestly, after de...
