Re: Unique Daily Special - Forum / CWE Exclusive

I hope that CW have informed military project coordinators about these sales. As CW project owner I wouldn’t want my project being sold without being informed. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Just an assumption, but as the watches weren't for sale in November 2019, as stated in the OP, but have ...

Re: Unique Daily Special - Forum / CWE Exclusive

New in today: https://i.imgur.com/uiZ6RIc.jpg I've been half looking out for a used C11 Makaira to replace an Extreme model I sold a couple of years ago, which I have always regretted letting go. I've also been looking a the C7 Hornet on the CW website for quite a while as I really like the orange o...

Re: Clearance Returns

The C60 Chronograph Pro 600 was £765 on the rubber strap - this was a 50% discount on RRP (£1530).

I picked one up in January, and it is a fantastic watch at 50% off.

Re: The new CWArchive

Just wanted to say how helpful I've found the archive in researching some of the older watches.

It helped me purchase a first CW for my better half yesterday, and as I know very little about the woman's range the info on the archive was invaluable for me to make a decision to purchase.

Re: C9 AM GT

I ordered one of these when they were first released, but returned it under 60/60 to help fund my C60 Apex purchase. Not sure if that will appear in the clearance at some point. I hope I don't end up regretting not keeping it now! I did find it wore quite large for a dressier type of watch and that ...

Re: Almost a year.

I have had four purchases in the last 12 months, all CW (C900 WT, C8 WTC, A C60 and my Apex). To balance this I've moved on four other watches, although net spend is still in the red! I think I have turned a corner in terms of the direction my collection has gone in this year with a focus more on qu...

Re: C60 Apex Limited Edition

Earlier this week I was fortunate enough to be able to go up to CW HQ to pick up something rather special... https://i.imgur.com/ZHAqsLi.png https://i.imgur.com/h9QF2l0.png https://i.imgur.com/NjBFTry.png https://i.imgur.com/xraD4lD.png So far it's averaging +5 seconds per day since I've had it, whi...

Re: Questions - Chat with Co Founders - Bristol GTG / CW Event - 2nd November 2019

A couple of strap / bracelet related questions from me: 1. Has any thought been given to introducing screw pins for bracelet links? Adjusting bracelets with the pin and collar system can be frustrating compared to, for example, an Oris bracelet which uses screw pins. 2. Would it be possible to buy a...

Re: C60 Apex Limited Edition

After some consideration (ie discussions with the Finance Director) I've decided to take the plunge on a C60 Apex. After contacting CW to enquire about reserving a serial number, four of my preferred five numbers were already taken and CS confirmed sales are going well. Looking forward to the end of...

User experiences of SH21

Hi All After the GTG at the weekend I've been giving more and more thought to picking up a C60 Apex. After trying one on, I'm 100% sold on the aesthetics and the size doesn't bother me at all. One thing I would like to find out a bit more about is any users longer term experience of the SH21 movemen...

Re: How many CW watches do you own

I'm currently on 9 CWs -a mix of 3 tridents, a C9 moonphase, C700, C900 WT, C7 auto chrono, C600 tritech and C1000 typhoon.

This number may be reducing though as I'm considering the new steel ombre. I might look to move a couple on but it'll be a difficult decision which ones.

Re: New Stainless and bronze Ombre's added to website

I was fortunate enough to be able to go to the GTG on Saturday and had been looking forward to seeing the new military models, however it was the steel ombre that blew me away. The dial was fantastic with how the silver scratches on the dial were done. The monochrome really suited the ombre styling....
