Re: Using UV light to sanitize watch?

Im not sure.... I'd just pop the strap off or if it's bracelet leave it on. Run it under the sink with a light toothbrush and some soap. Although not having a screw down crown, the 150m water rating and the gasket provided in the stem is more than adequate to deal with washing your watch. Soap and ...

Re: C60 Elite 1000 Owners - A Question Please

So after 3 attempts my Elite, in absolutely perfect condition, arrived today and extremely happy. Won’t go into detail on the past couple of months, issues happen but its how they get resolved that’s important, and on that note CW’s customer services have been absolutely brilliant. Really can’t pra...

Re: Change of Face

Oh and hands.... Can/Do CW change the face and hands of a watch if requested for a different stock colour. If this is something that they are happy to do would anyone have any guess on the average cost. I'm sure if i email CW they will say send it in and we can see what can be done, which doesn't h...

Re: Is this acceptable on a £1250 watch?

I have to say when I watch for instance Jody on his JOMW reviews he will always comment on bezel back play, and he is generally reviewing relatively low priced watches. So it might be somewhat acceptable or at least not surprising on a £60 parnis or pagani, but you shouldn't see it on an expensive ...

Re: Updates on more titanium models?

I made a 'start of the year' assumption that there may be a titanium C65. If it does materialise then it may satisfy your 40mm criterion. While the C65 is very handsome, it doesn't quite tickle my fancy.... Besides, a vintage style diver should have a "vintage" steel case [emoji28] Sent from my SM-...

Re: Is this acceptable on a £1250 watch?

I’ve just dusted off my Mk1 Trident and there is zero lateral movement with a small amount of play on the 60 click bezel. I thought I’d check my Seiko PADI Turtle and bronze Borealis and those are spot on with no lateral movement and precise 120 click bezels, with a small amount of play. Your video...

Re: C60 Trident Mk3 Bezel Rocking movement?

Omega has the same "issue"

https://www.reddit.com/r/Watches/commen ... bly_bezel/

It's merely a byproduct of how the bezel is constructed and how the springs are set-up.

Re: Is this acceptable on a £1250 watch?

I bought the 42 mm Mk3 pro in red bezel variant. (I realize that the color shouldn’t matter... unless these are “batched” by color during the production process.) Regardless, my experience is that the bezel has a bit of backplay on it — it moves a little past its ideal resting point when I rotate i...

Re: Is this acceptable on a £1250 watch?

I bought the C60 40mm version of the Mk3 Trident. Comparing the bezel with the Mk2 version (in both 38mm and 43mm case sizes), my new Mk3 definitely has more lateral play (side to side) movement. But then Mk3 bezel has been redesigned internally so it is perhaps difficult to compare like for like. ...

Re: C60 Trident Mk3 Bezel Rocking movement?

This text below is from an official CW response to another buyer on Trust Pilot who experienced issues with their bezel movement. I suspect this issue is bigger than they are letting on which is why people are either being offered a refund or to keep the watch and accept that it is within their tol...
