Re: C7 Rapide Automatic Strap Alternative

I will vouch for Watch Steward. Very reasonably priced, quick to ship, and extremely comfortable. I have several, and when a new watch comes in, ordering one of these is usually one of the first things I do. He is state side, but will ship international I believe.

Re: CWL of the day

I'll follow that up with my wildly unpopular C7. I keep trying to figure out what it is that doesn't quite get this over the top, so I will list good things first. 1-Excellent legibility. Like my Damsko, I can read this from across the room. 2-Matching black day/date wheels. 3-COSC rating. Currently...

Black and yellow from my box. Two of my favorites.

Re: CWL of the day

The positive side of having to spend so much time at home is getting the time to try all my collection and re-bond with some less frequently worn members. This one has taken a bit of a back seat recently, time to get to enjoy both it and its custom bund strap again 3EC1AC8B-573E-40F9-A5E0-9BC2661F4...

I always find this an upliting song to listen to, such a beautiful voice.

Truely one of the most beautiful voices to ever grace a microphone. Horrible and tragic death, far before her time.

Re: Selling to US buyers

I purchased my ACAN through ebay from a great fellow somewhere in central Poland. DHL got it from there to my rural mailbox in nowheresville North Dakota, including a day at customs in Cincinnati, in 5 days. No duties paid, but that seems to be an issue that has cropped up more or so in the ...

Re: Too many watches....

Here is a dumb idea I stumbled onto a year or so ago...I keep my watches face down in my watch box so as not to see them. Then, best as I can, force myself to wear the same thing for the whole week to work. When it comes time for a change, I may not have laid eyes on a good portion of the contents f...

Watched the video as well. Yes it's huge, but it's a purpose built tool, so the size would be great 20 meters down. As for the bezel, I think it's kinda clever.

Re: ETA vs Sellita cost difference?

If they are using the same base movement for some, not all, of their watches which they do if you believe watch base, it's easy. Lots of overpriced stuff out there. Just my opinion.
