Re: New Atoll Special Edition

Cool how it was in stock and now it’s already preorder, which means we’re basically funding a half-ass Kickstarter project over and over. I just logged in to buy one, but now that I’m a “funder” for people who don’t have the money to deliver what they’re selling, I’m out. Not playing this cheesy ga...

Re: Non CW of the Day

Saw these advertised on my Insta feed. That dial colour and texture is quite something. Are you pleased with it? Des I can't tell you enough how beautiful this watch is. The attention to detail and build quality is exceptional. I was looking for a Seiko textured dial and this meets or exceeds in so...

Re: C63 Sealander Collection

Can anyone confirm whether the outer edge of the dial is actually darker than the rest or if its just an effect of lighting/shadow?

Thanks,

Ted

Re: CWL of the day

Hey Guy, I love the Blue Sapphire as well. I got one a few months ago. My only complaint is the 40mm size and I typically don't go that small but I couldn't resist it. Of course, now I feel I should have waited now that the C60 Tide is available in 42mm. May have to let go of the Sapphire to get th...

Re: New C60 Sapphire Orange

Not for me. The visible date wheel sits right alongside my dislike of the date magnifier. I’m pretty good at numbers and know what’s coming up next. And if I wasn’t, it would spoil the surprise. They didn't add the date window because we can't count, its for visibility purposes. Anyone that has a S...

Re: CWL of the day

Here’s mine! Come tomorrow I’ll have two #GoDo watches! 9EB6599A-B277-4885-A996-10AED06BB029.jpeg This one grows on me more and more every time I see it! Lovely watch. It does doesn't it? And its irritating  So simple but brilliantly executed...and I'm not a simple guy. When it comes to watc...

Re: C63 Sealander Collection

I really love the white GMT, regardless of the homage reference. Sure the Rolex Explorer is iconic and is well done as a whole but here is what CW did to make it better IMO. 1. rectangular indices instead of dots. 2. trident hands instead of mercedes. 3. less distinguished bezel. 4. more hints of or...

I agree but at 39mm I am out. Its tough enough to justify 40mm. I'm disappointed but my wallet is happy :D

Re: C60 Sapphire - Other Sizes

One other thing I have noticed as I am now wearing it consistently...I feel the watch is a little top heavy due to the 40mm diameter compared to the near 13mm height. What I mean exactly is that I feel the watch shift up to the top side when I move around. Do you think its possibly the strap or the ...

Thanks for all the replies and insight. The tag and plastic wrap is off and in the garbage! It's a keeper!!! I like the suggestion of mixing up the bands to get a different perception.
