Personally I would never part with more than £500 for a CW watch because I also have Omega, Rolex and Tag Heuer watches that have given me a metric on quality that I know CW will never match. No, it didn’t mark the case at all, or my wrist for that matter. Apparently it broke one of the screws that holds the movement in place. They want £15 for the screw and £15 to cover the labour. Finally got my C1 5-Day Chrono last Friday, everything looks sorted, knock on wood it will be a few years until next visit to CWL towers.
The watch is just great, very happy to have it back.

For me, has been 2 months and counting for a C1 5-day Chrono that arrived DOA with a loose rotor, got it from January sale. Phoned yesterday, the lady basically told me that I'll get it when it's ready. If I hadn't actually liked the watch, I would have asked for a refund a couple of weeks ago.
