Accurate, legible and easy to set. Also very cool.

Re: Non CW of the Day

I wasn't planning on posting another shot of this anytime soon but the bezel started all sorts of trickery in my living room and I couldn't help myself.

Re: Watch box / watch pouch

Always a box. Travel pouches are useless to me, I've got wrists.

Re: Protecting Stainless Bracelets

I think the idea has some merit but I'll be honest, I can't think of doing anything worse to a watch. Do you take the film off once it's got scratches on it and replace it? If so then it would be relentless. If not, then you're as well just leaving it without and enjoying the watch as intended. I s...

I bought a case of this myself. For what is effectively a marketing gimmick, is actually a very good beer.

Enjoy
The gimmick made me smile and Punk is my staple beer so I thought it would be fun to order it. We all love a dig at a public figure after all.

Re: Non CW of the Day

I had one of these on at an AD half a state away a couple months ago. Because I was just "browsing" that day it went back in the case. I awoke the next morning with a "what was I thinking?"...regretted putting it back ever since. Wear it in good health and enjoy! I'll be honest and say I'...

Re: Non CW of the Day

It is beautiful! Here's a newbie question on Rolexes... (Rolexii?) How scratch resistant are they? I'd be forever worried about that polished ring around the crystal... I'm pretty sure the bezel's a scratch magnet. I'm not going to be worried about it though. It's a simple choice between wrapping i...

Re: Non CW of the Day

It'll be no surprise that I'm still wearing this :D https://i.imgur.com/CokzUNn.jpg Cheers all. And yes missf, it was bought to be enjoyed. I'm sure it'll go many places with me. It's already been in the bath and collected some infant drool. It won't be babied in a box to barely ever see daylight.

Re: How to......

For what it's worth, my 5 year old told me off.

Cameron: "You didn't need a new watch daddy"
Me: "of course I did"
Cameron: "but you didn't, you've got too many watches"

I think I like his little brother better, he can't speak yet.

Re: How to......

Well......I had already spoken about this watch previously in February and having already adopted Neil's suggested tactics then she was pretty sold on it. I had explained to her then that I could buy an Aqua Terra on the grey market for £3k but would still lose money if I had to sell it. Therefore t...
