Re: Are CW Too Affordable?

I don't think they're too cheap at all. In comparison with the likes of Hamilton CW are probably overpriced.

Re: UPDATE UPDATE: Should I sell my stuck C60 600 Pro COSC SH21 - 60/60 Guarantee denied at 5th Year - A Happy Ending

Unlike many Companies who doubtless have tier upon tier of junior and middle management I think it's quite likely that isn't the case with CW. I personally find it commendable that within 5 days of posting his thread the OP has been contacted by the Top Man who has satisfactorily sorted the problem...

Re: UPDATE UPDATE: Should I sell my stuck C60 600 Pro COSC SH21 - 60/60 Guarantee denied at 5th Year - A Happy Ending

I've only just come across this thread but decided to read every post as I thought it was an important issue. Very pleased to hear of the end result which in my opinion was the correct one. It was good to see so much considered input by so many members and makes me proud to be part of this Forum. T...

Re: UPDATE: Should I sell my stuck C60 600 Pro COSC SH21 Red Bezel 1 of 32 - 60/60 Guarantee denied at 5th Year

I think the 60/60 nonsense should really be canned and renamed 60/48. There's zero chance of me getting my SH21 serviced between years 3 and 4, out of principle more than cost. The cost of the service is also crazy considering how often they want/need to do it. Some will argue the service cost is re...

Re: Rolex a discussion

You'd like to think none of that AD nonsense is happening locally, certainly the two AD's in Edinburgh are both longstanding Scottish businesses and don't strike me as the sort of people to be involved in these, at best questionable, at worst shady, practices. That would describe pretty much every ...

My first purchase since June last year and I'm in love. https://i.imgur.com/SuObjOl.jpg Did you cover Karnak's head on purpose? Oh dear no! I put him there afterall. I refurbed a plain boring side table that I made in high school (I won't say how many years ago that was) when I was stuck home...

^^^^^part of their new "vintage range".

I think it's supposed to be a homage to the "futuristic" watch that Sigourney Weaver wore in Alien.

Re: Rolex a discussion

There's a tread doing the rounds at the mo' https://www.christopherwardforum.com/other-brands/which-one-of-these-two-and-why-t57788.html which the poster asks us which watch we would choose between a Hublot and a Rolex Milgauss as he is considering purchasing one of the two. Re: Dealing with Swiss boutiques!

I don't think you're being unreasonable at all, I'd not be a happy bunny at all. I remember Adrian Barker showing off the scratched AR coating on his Seamaster a while back so it seems it's quite a common thing. Rolex always seemed to take a kicking for not using an AR coating but it seems it's mayb...
