Re: What happened to CW?

I'm sure one of the biggest problems is there's lack of structure of what they're doing. I filled out a repair form online and very quickly I had an email back. That was followed by another email that contained an "order number"/invoice of sorts. Packaging was sent out the next day and was received...

Re: What happened to CW?

The front line customer service staff are absolutely not the issue here. At a glance it's lack of procedure and organisation that's the problem. You can change all the front line staff over and it won't make anything better. The changes need to be implemented from the top and once/if that happens th...

Re: Advice Needed - Small Imperfection on the C65 Trident Auto

That would drive me mad. There's a less noticeable imperfection on the dial of my c65 that I tried my best to ignore but it was irritating the life out of me. Certainly, whilst weighing up the cost it just shouldn't be there. I've only asked them to fix it after I dropped the watch and it stopped ru...

Re: Bad experience with Christopher ward watch and it's customer services

Don't worry all. Mike France's big CS and QC overhaul will kick in soon! :-k These issues haven't stopped people hoovering up the Summer Sale watches ! True Mikkei and at very good prices too! Hopefully they won't have to send them back for any reason! :D Kip, Will "give it a rest", but as with a f...

Re: Bad experience with Christopher ward watch and it's customer services

^^^^this doesn't sound like an overly excessive time for the watch to be away. I agree with everything else though. I disagree. 3 1/2 months is way too long, and for a quartz service? I'd expect any watch to be away for 3 months no matter what the work. Only because I'd expect it just to fa...

Re: CW Customer Service - Time to give Up

You dropped yours and they’re repairing it for free? I only banged mine on a door frame and they want me to pay! They’ve had it since mid December too!!!! Unbelievable. The correct answer is to post on the forum that you are going to show up at CW Towers. You should have an offer of a warranty repa...

Re: CW Customer Service - Time to give Up

It took all day but I finally got a status update at 18:40. Bizzarely, I'm told that the watch is being repaired under warranty. I'm not complaining, but I did admit on the returns form that it stopped after I dropped it. I did expect to pay for a repair. Bearing in mind I was already told 2 hours ...

Re: CW Customer Service - Time to give Up

It seems that me suggesting in an email that I'll drop by in the morning has provoked a response from not just one but two members of staff. Both emailing in the last half hour promising me the world and all its riches tomorrow. They've bought a day with their efforts so I'll see what they do with ...

Re: CW Customer Service - Time to give Up

Re: CW Customer Service - Time to give Up

They've had my watch for 16 days now and the only reply on status I've had gave me no information. This was from Katrina, who didn't give a damn because she has now left the company. Every other email has been ignored. I'm not working tomorrow so I'm going to call by Park Street and have a face to ...
