Don’t think Gordon is talking about the 300 Pro: https://www.christopherwardforum.com/general-discussion/cwl-of-the-day-t5689-37965.html#p927633 But I’d be very curious to know if the cases are close enough in dimension for the strap to be compatible with both. Well spotted! That is indeed the one!...

Everyone has their own favourite. Mine would be a rubber strap on a diver. I have an excellent one from Watchgecko with curved ends which fits my C60 perfectly. They sell blue ones. Here is a link: https://www.watchgecko.com/products/wat ... hed-buckle

Re: Decisions Decisions! CW playing with my mind!
Strongly recommend a showroom visit. I went with my son and wife a couple of months ago. My son wanted to decide on a watch for his wedding and wanted to see the contenders in the flesh. All three of us tried on a number of watches and my wife who had no interest in watches was enthused - much to th...

Re: I am a stupid man, or: how I bought a Twelve and immediately regretted it
My son and I visited CW Towers at the weekend. Great experience. However I was not a fan of the 12, or other similar watches until I saw it in the flesh. I tend to wear divers but thought the 12 was gorgeous. The light catches the bracelet in a magical way and the watch itself looks really special. ...

Re: Feeling really rather sad
So sorry to hear your news Guy. Given your plans involve the sea I hope you will not mind me posting this poem - The Sea and the Beach which reflects the feelings of loss experienced by those who lose someone. Those who have lost a dog know that it feels very much the same. The sea seems to illustra...

Re: Advice on C65 Cranwell
As one who has spent a few years at Cranwell I would not advise the wearing of any mechanical watch during certain phases of training. There are times when watches receive a great deal of abuse but must also meet the requirement for split second timing - a stopwatch function is ideal. Most cadets fa...

Re: The rise of the 36mm
I guess we all change. I bought a 41mm Seamaster shortly after the current 42mm was released. I chose the 41mm because it suited me better. Pre Covid days it sat under my shirt cuff and for me was a better desk diver. Of course I rarely wear a formal shirt now and kind of regret not having the 42mm ...
