C65 Black - Perfect strap monster

At Christmas I was lucky enough to receive a C65 Auto with true black face. I really enjoy this watch, indeed since Christmas it has had more wrist time than my Seamaster Pro. One of the reasons for this is the way it can take different straps. I bought the watch with the bracelet and I was keen to ...

Re: CWL of the day

C65 on an old Fossil strap. I love being able to swop straps so easily and this watch is so flexible - quick release bars you gotta love em!

Re: Almost there..

Got to agree with all the comments above. I received a 40mm C60 and a C65 knowing I was only going to buy one and send one back. The C65 wears smaller than the 40mm C60. You have nothing to lose using the 60/60 facility and a lot to perhaps gain!
Good luch

Re: CWL 2019 Forum Watch of the Year

Just received a C65 auto which looks gorgeous but I would suggest the most significant watch from CW is the Mk3 Trident. A gorgeous watch with a huge step up in quality over the Mk2

Re: C60 v C65 Decisions decisions

Well decision made. The C65 is going under the tree and the C60 is going back to CW. Both are gorgeous watches but I cant have both....yet! I suspect a C60 Mk3 will be joining the collection at some point as the Mk3 is such a huge leap forward from the Mk2. The C65 suits my wrist perfectly and I thi...

It’s the small details that make a difference, I love how the prongs on the trident second hand match the shape of the hour hand.

Re: C60 v C65 Decisions decisions

Thanks for all this input folks very much appreciated, its great to be a member of a forum like this. As I wrote somewhere in the thread; the photos do not do the watches justice. In actual fact the Omega is blue hence me looking at the black options. I also have a blue TAG in addition to the Aquara...

Re: C60 v C65 Decisions decisions

My personal choice of those two would be the C65, and indeed I might buy my first CW in several years next year because I like the C65 look so much. However, looking at your wrist shots, particularly the first one with the black C60, it seems to me that the C60 is the one which sits and looks best ...

I have owned both the C65 & C60 Mk3 the one I still own is the blue C60 GMT Mk3
it is such a step up from previous Tridents and I absolutely love the case design so
the C60 is the one I would choose.
Dave
I suspect I will own both too at some point!!

Here you go. Sorry they are not taken from exactly the same angle or distance - the joys of a mobile phone and not enough fingers to hold it steady and press the shutter!

C60 v C65 Decisions decisions

Today, in time for Christmas I took delivery of a C65 Auto and a C60. Sadly I can only keep one. I suspect I am not the first who visits this forum who has faced this decision. I thought therefore I would share my thought process. Last Christmas I was lucky to receive a C60 LE Yellow and despite its...
