Re: Logo convert and an observation.

Personally, I don’t do symmetry,balance or evenness.
If I like a dial that’s it. I don’t need a logo in any one place. I’m very easily pleased.

I think the latest placement at 9 or like mine at 3 is kinda modern. I like it.

Re: Bad experience with Christopher ward watch and it's customer services

If a Rolex GMT is £530 approx to service. And a CW GMT is £250 to service. That seems way out of line. No? Approx 10 times the price difference RRP. That’s brand equity for you! Servicing is labour and a few parts. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk But what I’m getting at is that CW charges half w...

Re: Another CS nightmare (still in progress)

CW are in such a privileged position.
For such a young brand they have a healthy following and alot of new admirers, like me, who would buy more watches and carry on following the brand.

But........ remember Gerald Ratner???

They've gotta be careful.

Re: Another CS nightmare (still in progress)

Understand where you’re coming from Kip and that CW have promised to introduce new systems. But, for a growing company that sells 20k watches a year with all the returns and servicing, repairs etc not once has anyone mentioned expanding the workforce! You can have the bees knees computer systems and...

Re: Logo convert and an observation.

The 9 logo never bothered me when looking at it online. I liked the watch and decided to see it in the metal. Bothered me even less when I went to Fawlty Towers to buy it.
In real life, real size, I hardly noticed it.
Computer images make it more predominant I guess.

Re: Bad experience with Christopher ward watch and it's customer services

Slightly off topic but thought it was funny. Even though I’ve bought a watch from them I’ve never received a Loupe magazine. So weeks ago,(dunno 6?), when the summer one came out I clicked on the “request a copy” link on the website. Nothing. Phoned CS. Nothing. Requested on website again 3 times!!...

Re: Exchanging Trident MK3

CW will never know that the other 97% will never order again. They'll only guess when sales start to drop. Thanks Essex Paul for taking the time to read my thoughts 'download'! However, I personally feel that sales won't drop off - there is a LOT of money put in to attracting new customers, but see...
