Re: C65 Trident Automatic - scratch on black aluminum bezel

Sorry to hear but scratches are a watchupational hazard I’m afraid.
They’ll be more, then when it’s time for a service have a new bezel fitted.
You don’t want to send it back to CW if you can help it. Believe me you don’t
Enjoy it, lovely watch.

Great to hear it's all sorted now Paul.
Enjoy that beautiful watch mate.

Nice to be wearing it.
Changed strap from the blue Cordovan bader to my blue Barton one.

Re: C60 Trident Mk3 - pictures..!

Think a half link would be very helpful, a step forward agree.
Not too worried about the pins/screws as long as the bracelet doesn’t fall apart. 👍

Think I can spot the quick release pin on bracelet.
Hopefully will be on the C65 bracelets too.

Re: Shocking repair time

Now have correct manual and now case closed. Hopefully. New watch running +2.3 sec per day. And according to the PR indicator charging automatically. I can now think about getting number two and concentrate on that. That is unless my C1 fails again then I’m done. Period. My next CW will be...

Re: Shocking repair time

Got sent the wrong manual AGAIN! WTF? Do they arrive for work inebriated?? Phone call No. 287 beckons. Sigh. While not an exact substitute for a paper manual (particularly if you sell your watch), and you probabaly already know this but just in case: online manuals can be downloaded from the CW web...

Re: Shocking repair time

^^^^^ 11 weeks? Wow
Have they got that much repair work on? Not a good sign. I know they sell a lot of watches but I’d have thought the number of faulty ones would be minimal.

Apparently soon not even if you had paid for work done. I do hope that’s not right!

Re: Shocking repair time

Declan is sending me the correct manual so all sorted. Had an interesting chat though regarding not getting an explanation of work/repair done. Firstly he said that they don’t always get what was done to a watch and that shortly no watches will be sent back to the customer with any notes. Told him ...
