Re: C65 Quick Release Bracelet.

Does anyone know if they are releasing a quick release for the MK2 Trident? I have a quartz with a leather strap and would love the convenience of a quick change.

Re: Shocking repair time

I had exactly the same "it's in QC" conversation last Monday and was assured my watch would be with me by the end of the week. It wasn't, and i have not yet had the despatched email. Another call in the morning!!!

Re: C60 Trident Pro 600 movement reliability

My Trident is currently back with CW for repair after the auto-winding stopped working. I am hoping that this is the first and last time it has to go away, not least because of the 6 weeks time period for repair. I love my watch but I will be far less understanding of any further issues. I appreciat...

Re: C60 Trident Pro COSC not auto winding.

I spoke too soon. The watch stopped on my wrist at 22:30 on Sunday evening. I suspect this means that the rotor is not rotating as freely as it should. I have had it up to my ear and I can hear some movement but clearly something is amiss. Back to CW we go!!

Re: C60 Trident Pro COSC not auto winding.

Update. I gave the watch a 30 turn wind on Thursday morning. It spent Thursday and friday in the winder and i have worn it both days over the weekend. I am happy to report that it is still going. Not sure why the watch stopped but I guess it's the vagueries of winders.

C60 Trident Pro COSC not auto winding.

Lately my watch has stopped whilst being 'wound' in a Picollo winder. I wear the watch at weekend and place in the winder during the week. To test I have fully wound the watch by hand and then placed in the winder on programme D (bi-directional). The watch has stopped after approximately 1 1/2 days ...

Re: Watch winder....Best Buy and advice how to use

I have the Piccolo winder. Got it as a Christmas present. Is v quiet and certainly keeps my Trident 600 ticking along nicely. Not sure I would buy one though as 10 winds last thing at night will happily suffice. Having said that, it's handy when I wear my 300 quartz for a few days. Put the 600 in th...

Re: Information inconsistency?

Having worked in the IT industry for more years than I care to mention the comments on here about managing server capacity are totally appropriate. What I find completely indefensible is lying to customers. A comment saying that they had experienced capacity issues due to high demand costs nothing, ...

Re: Flash sale Thursday 12pm

Got my c60 300 with orange bezel today. Looks brand new to me and i am very pleased with it. I have ordered the black leather strap with orange stiching too. Makes a nice contrast to my C60 COSC on bracelet.

Re: Bought 2nd CW but forgot to apply the discount code

I had exactly the same experience. Ordered the C60 COSC and forgot to enter the discount code. I called CW and they happily applied the discount. Result = a happy customer who shares the experience. Win - win!!

Re: Brand loyalty

I have a Seiko dress watch, an Omega Seamaster and a coouple of CW's. The latter being very recent purchases having become aware of the brand and being very impressed by the quality of the watches for the price. Quite frankly, if the watch is appealing, high quality and good value the brand is irrel...

Re: Was the flash sale a success ?

Guys, guys, guys, first of all I am a newcomer to the CW brand and I personally love the new logo. In fact, it was one of the things that attracted me to the watches. I have a C60 Pro Date COSC, I bought both my sons a Trident C60 300, and I ordered myself an orange bezel C60 300 on the flash sale. ...
