Lovely day for the C5 MMXV FLE again, this time with a new brown croc leather strap, purchased from @profglenn on the forum

Re: CWL of the day

Looks rather good on the mesh. Shortly after I got my FLE I did a thread with a few different strap options, that were different to the CW options available with the watch. https://www.christopherwardforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=53&t=34567&p=500682#p500682 Neil Thanks :D Nice range of strap ...

Re: CWL of the day

Nice seats Ferg. Ferreting around this morning I found this one. Probably only worn for a few hours in the almost 5 years since I picked it up. Is it really 5 years ago that this was the model produced as the Forum Limited Edition of 2015. Such an understated and under appreciated watch. ...

Popular model for discussion in recent days.

Thought I'd give my C65 Sandhurst an outing and, making use of the quick release spring bars, switched it off bracelet and onto a Vintage Oak strap.

Excellent!
I just picked up an A.F. 0210 NATO that I think will look brilliant
Love to see a photo on that when you have it

Beautiful Cranwell and great set ups
Thanks... It's been on my wrist for over a month now, truly excellent daily wear watch

I am still very very tempted by the Sandhurst too :D

Re: Money, meet mouth

I'm sure you'll love the Sandhurst... within their range, I think the C65 military series are great watches, understated and very good value (they are COSC certified chronometers)

Look forward to a photo or two when it arrives... enjoy :D

Re: What strap is this from the CW site

If it helps, the Camel leather strap also looks very decent on the Cranwell, so might be a good option initially, whilst waiting to see if the brown webbing comes back into stock. Although admittedly, the webbing does feel more "military".

Re: What strap is this from the CW site

I bought this very strap (in 22mm) for my C65 Cranwell, from the website on 21st July. I went back to check the site again a few days later, and that strap was indeed missing, so it's possible I ordered the very last one :problem: It was originally listed as one of the three options for the Cranwell...

Re: C60 Lympstone

Yes, its down to my conscience. In general terms, if only serving and former Royal Marines buy this watch its going to be a relatively niche market with low sales. If there are people, potentially like me, who wish to honour the Royal Marines; the market is more expansive. I already have three of C...

Re: Loupe - New Releases and Promo Code

This is an amazing resource. I've been getting Loupe for about four years, but some of them have been recycled and it's great to be able to go back and read them all again, along with others I've never seen

Re: C60 Lympstone

As an ex Bootie, I wouldn't buy the "Dartmouth" as much as I like it, and would like one, because of the Navy fouled anchor on the case back. I would if they would put the G and L on the back of it for a one off for me, but the "lympstone" has a different sized case so may not fit. . No Fouled Anch...

Re: A CW Bespoke Limited Edition Project - ACW111

Thanks for posting this, it’s a really exciting project and a great looking watch  I’ve joined the forum and registered as per instructions. I am especially interested as I graduated from RAFC Cranwell in 1988 and bizarrely enough my IOTC (Initial Officer Training Course) number was 111 :D ...
