Re: C65 GMT Worldtimer

I like it.

I'd have preferred to see "GMT WORLDTIMER" on the face instead of "WATER RESISTANT" but I'm sure they've done their research and know what sells best.

Re: C7 Mk2 Bracelet End Links

There's a knack to fitting that type of bracelet with the little 'block'. Pop it off again and (pretty firmly) press the top of the end link against the watch head (up near the bezel) as you locate the spring bars home. Re: Jan sale

Just got my C60 Trident COSC 600 LE. I know they are old now but this was some seriously good value from the recent sale. Awesome piece https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/49394668471_379808d12c_b.jpg 20200116_144754 by ataripower , on Flickr How much was that if you don’t mind me asking? I think i...

Re: Jan sale

So much for that Urban myth - LOL Thanks for the update ! Fergster - be interested in the Serial # you get - rumour has it that no # higher than 50 has been seen - despite all the literature indicating that it was a 500 LE ... I have #37 .... Cheers, Laird It arrived today, #143 Assuming you're tal...

Re: Where did it all start?

For me it started after seeing someone share a C70 DBR1 on Pistonheads.
I loved the look, bought one myself and the rest is history.

Re: Clearance Returns

Wow, £1k off RRP barely used from CW. That's a lot of discount. I'm sure buyers who paid full RRP will be ecstatic - something I would only contemplate buying at 50% off and even then it wouldn't be an instant buy due to the ££ involved for a CW. I am genuinely surprised that they've done the autom...

Re: Summer Sale 2019

I’m looking forward to photos Ferg. I was hoping for a C65 SH21 Bronze, but I didn’t see one sadly. I’m perhaps too late, but I’ve realised what a good looking watch it is. I’ll just have to keep looking. :) If you're still looking https://www.christopherward.co.uk/events/summer-sale/nearly-new-div...

Re: FLE #8 - poll #2

Can anyone explain why the 40mm was never, please correct me if I'm wrong, an option? I get it that 42mm may be to large for some, I have an ACAN and as much as I like it, it is a bit of a beast. Likewise 38 too small on an 8in wrist. Seems the goldilocks size was passed over from the start. I was ...

Re: January Sale 2019

Looking at the screen grabs, there are a couple of watches that stood out, but I was out with the kids all day yesterday. Oh well. At least I don't need to justify any new watches to the misses!

Great watch, nice to see it, thanks.
I think those various C7 auto prototypes were the pick of the bunch. I was sad to miss out!

Personally, I think I would be watching my emails early on Jan. 2. That is when CW Towers reopens.
