Re: New purchase - should I buy the bracelet?

The current bracelet looks fine and will certainly do in a pinch, but you won’t regret getting the CW bracelet. Definitely worth the money! And get it while it’s still available. I managed to snag one for my C65 Trident Vintage before stock ran out and will probably never take it off the watch.

Re: Wall Art for the Watch Obsessed

They would look nice with the built in bookcases, the free standing cigar humidor, the globe that opens to reveal a bar, big leather club chairs, an antique desk, the in-wall speakers, and the antique maps on the wall. If I’m fantasizing, I might as well go big or go home. Nice idea for a man cave....

Re: Wall Art for the Watch Obsessed

While I think they’re cool and are worth sharing, I’m not rushing out to order one. Perhaps some day when I have a small stable of Rolexes, Omegas, and that Zenith I’ve been admiring and a personal study to hang them in, I might order a print or two. They would look nice with the built in bookcases,...

Re: A new watch for myself!

The bee's knees, that one is.. The watch is wonderful, especially with the black hands. There’s been quite a conversation in another thread about readability with white dials. Watch aside, I’m more thrilled by someone else using the phrase “bees knees!” I though I was the only person working to bri...

Wall Art for the Watch Obsessed

Just came across this cool web store and thought the prints might appeal some members. The only movement I own that they have a print of is the Seiko 7s26.

Re: The new CWArchive

Thanks Kip! I just flipped through the catalog. It’s fascinating to look at the design language of their early watches to see how the brand has grown and evolved over the last 13 years. I’d love to see them take that rectangular lady’s watch and scale it up to a more masculine size, maybe with the m...

On my way to my wife’s on a beautiful afternoon. (And before anyone says anything, I’m fully stopped at a light.)

Teaching in the age of Covid. That one box with the camera on is me. So inspiring....

I don’t know why the picture is showing up upside down, but it does seem kind of fitting.

But no complaints about the C60 Titanium, my favorite outdoors CW. Well, until the LS arrives.

Definitely a beauty. It’s that red tip to the second hand that grabs me. Such a nice, subtle detail.
