Re: My first CW watch has arrived!!!!

Very nice watch Morgan - your real world pics make that colour combo very appealing, far more so than the stock pictures. The side view shows off the 'light catcher' case very nicely, and it's good to see the engraving as I've never seen how CW do it before now, so thanks for sharing and a nice pers...

Re: 15% off- what we're really waiting for!

Very nice Lawrence :-D And nice arty lighting shot too! I ordered a C65 Super Compressor at the weekend - black dial, orange leather - finally gave in and couldn't resist any more. - I was thinking its unlikely to be in a bigger discounted sale any time soon, or if it is the chances of me bagging on...

Re: C65 Super Compressor Timing Accuracy

I have just ordered a C65 Super Compressor at the weekend, so hopefully I will be able to report back soon. - when it arrives I'll stick it on the Time Grapher in the different positions, to see how it fares straight out of the box, so to speak. .....If someone reminds me - (I WILL forget  ), I...

Re: The way I went for the big half cent-ury

Great story and great watch! Congrats on the milestone and indeed on the beautiful watch acquisition. Wear it in good health, it's a lovely piece, made even nicer due to the connection with what is a truly iconic aircraft! The Spitfire is beautiful with an amazing soundtrack that gets me every time!...

Re: When things go wrong.

That's good to hear. I have to say all of my contact (some time ago) I received exceptional customer service so good to hear as I'm looking to get a 3rd Christopher Ward imminently.

Customer service is vitally important, especillay distance selling luxury goods.

Re: A Lasting Legacy - Important News from Christopher Ward

WOW! I come on the forum to research what will be my 3rd CW watch for an upcoming birthday (sadly very little spare time for online watch browsing/forums these days), and I find out that the main man has left!!! Its a real shame and I wish him and Wera all the very best indeed for the future...

Re: Commending Wera's customer service!

I too can vouch for excellent customer service and email communication from Wera. Having recently made my first CW purchase during the sale, I received a number of very helpful emails from Wera on the status of my order and other enquiries that I made. Credit where its due   .......ri...
