Re: I Know, I Know...(Logo Opinion)
I have 1 mk II font/brand piece, and three with the current. I personally prefer the new simple font, regardless of it's position but if I had to choose, then I'd drop the Christopher Ward text completely and just go with the twin flags motif, be that embossed, embolden or printed, which is currentl...

Re: The "what watch are you day dreaming about now" thread
With the move to the Heuer 02 movement I could be swayed by the Monaco once more - such an elegant classic design. I have always been irked by the lacking chrono hour counter but that has been resolved...hmmm

Re: Post a picture from your latest ride
The Gorge is fantastic - I rode it the day before my Cinglés ride in a tour du Ventoux loop around the mountain from Faucon, through Bedoin and out to Sault before heading back to Faucon

Re: Post a picture from your latest ride
Different wheels for my ride today. My first official blood bike shift - in biblical rain and wind down the M6 and in and around the various hospitals of Birmingham... My learnings from today: 1. All the NHS staff I had contact with were extremely friendly and helpful - making the process very rewa...

Did you go for the full fat Cinglés or just a single route?

Re: Non CW of the Day
Todays choice (having wrenched the C65 GMT from my wrist!) is the Bulova Lunar Pilot Chronograph - one of my favourite watches and I think the dial is stunning. I wish that they made a mechanical version of this...even better if it was a hand wound piece Off to watch Aussie rock band Airbourne tonig...

Re: C65 Anthropocene Limited Edition
I have to admit to really liking this but in the end the draw of the NN GMT I opted for was too great. I suspect that in the future I'll be scanning the For Sale ads hoping against hope that one pops up at just the right time.

C65 Pepsi GMT
I had a horrible feeling that this would happen - the C65 Pepsi GMT arrived in the post today and it's absolutely lovely. I don't mean the usual "new watch syndrome" lovely but "I just keep looking at it" lovely - I'm going to have to introduce a much stricter rotation policy!

San Fransisco 49ers suffered their first defeat of the 2019/2020 regular season in a close battle with rivals Seattle Seahawks - still leading the division though so I shouldn't complain. Happy Speedy Tuesday!

Re: Staring into the C60 Abyss
Have any Abyss owners managed to get any lume output? Mine remains steadfastly unwilling to display the slightest hint of luminosity - I'm intrigued that lhlopez1 seems to get some sort of luminescence in the unboxing YouTube video above

Re: C60 Trident 3 GMT Movement
IIRC Wasn't the Swatch group going to restrict supply of ETA movement to it's own brands, with other companies moving over to Sellita? Of course, as Sellita had previously produced ETA movements user licence to meet ETA demand - meaning that an ETA branded movement could well have been produced by S...
