The best watch CW makes! But I can't wear it to work cos my colleagues and I would laugh all day.
Brilliant!

Re: C60 Trident Lumiere
I love this watch, it sees CW move further away from the Rolex dive aesthetic and I'm all for it.
The black version is too monochromatic though. Here's an idea CW, make a Black with Red or Blue bezel/dive ring. Or half Red/half Blue.

Re: The Twelve X (Ti) - Released
My only one but big gripe about this watch - why the metal strip that surrounds the crown????
What was the need for that?? It destroys the beautiful symmetry of the watch. Also - it implies the functionality of a chronograph. It's a detail that just looks cheap.

Re: New CW Sealander Chronograph
Please tell me there isn’t people out there that think the previous quartz CW would be something to hold onto in the future! :irre3: ](*,) Is anyone going to spend 500 quid on a quartz watch for speculation??? Sorry but missing your point here. Anyway, the C63 Valour could have easily been a new Ra...

Re: C65 Dune
That looks nice! Very "field-watchy." I thought I would fancy that with the sand dial but I played around with it on the CW website and probably would have it with a black dial also. It looks great on the "Bader" bracelet too. Without having seen it in person I probably would no...

Re: C63 Valour
I'm quite aware of that, but it does look look a lot like a motorsport watch, regardless of designation.

I will be very surprised if CW doesn't release it as the new Rapide.

Re: “The Twelve” is live
Christopher Ward have stated their influences for this watch,
but whisper it....
I see strong hints of Seiko in the general shape and gradated dials in the blue and purple ones.
There I said it

Re: C63 Sealander Collection
The normal C63 Auto just looks.....dull.
Come on CW, where is the flair. At 599 I'd save 100 quid and get the quartz C65 AM 1 VEV Special Edition. There, one case where a quartz is hands down better than an auto.

Rapide revival
This is what a new Rapide should look like. Give it a quartz movement. I never thought I’d say this about a Breitling, but this is stunning.

Re: Why Does This Simple Quartz Watch Cost £10,000?
1. They can produce one much cheaper.Amor Vincit Omnia wrote: ↑Wed May 06, 2020 7:57 pmA. They are phasing out quartz (or have)
B. They are not in the £10k market sector.
2. Not having a Rapide successor will drive some to Seiko’s 5 series watches.

Re: Incoming - Teaser
You know what? I’m getting one too! I’m currently without a watch and have to resort to the cellphone. I just want a low-maintenance, reliable and accurate timepiece and this, with 100m water resistance, just fits the bill. I just find it so stylish.
