Re: Bad experience with Christopher ward watch and it's customer services

Have to admit to being surprised at the service cost because all the threads I'd searched mentioned £150! My C60 mk1 was serviced last summer for £99. I can't believe the price has gone up...

Re: Another CS nightmare (still in progress)

When I sent my C600 in for service & a repair, I got an email on 04/04, confirming receipt and stating that it would go to the workshop for inspection. On 17/04 I received another email, outlining the workshop technician's findings, complete with the costings. It stated that work would proceed once ...

^^^Yep. I’m afraid you need to ditch your whole machine and buy a new one.

Re: CW assistance for C11 Extreme

I wonder if the extra charge this time, was to disassemble and remedy any moisture damage? If you saw fogging inside, I’d hope that they’d put that right rather than just replace the gasket!

Re: Non CW of the Day

Had a close call earlier. Was about to wash the car when I realised that the crown wasn’t wound in.

Re: Change in 60 Month Warranty Policy?

My 2014 C60 Trident MK1 is currently experiencing a stiff winding action (quiet at the back). I was planning on getting it serviced before the warranty expired, anyway. My thinking was that it would cost £99 for the service and any new parts would be covered by the warranty. If CW honour the wording...

Re: Coffee machine woes.

Update: Had a call on Tuesday, to say that my broken machine would need a full strip down and rebuild, to rectify the fault and as this would not be quick, they’ve decided to give me a new machine. However, as my exact model was not in stock, would I accept a different version? Well, being as the on...
