I’m always wary when Guy mentions he has 2 of a particular watch.

Re: New CW Sealander Chronograph
Looks great, a bit (well, a lot) surprised that CW have gone back down the Quartz road.
39mm, a smidge too small for me. Plus, it’s pre-order. We all know what that means!!

Re: Christopher Ward Survey
Once an individual can complete a survey more than once, the results become invalid. I agree, particularly if the 2nd set of answers are what you think CW are hoping to hear. There are the raffle entry's as well. :? Only if different email addresses were used, I would think Plus its a bit much tryi...

Spare Watch Slot
I’ve just sold a watch and apart from my upcoming Elliot Brown Whiteout, I now have an empty slot in my watch box. So I’m on the prowl to fill it!! I’ll be carefully scanning Sales Corner, The Bargain Hunters threads and possibly EBay. I’m in no hurry as holiday balance due this week plus I’ve just ...

Re: The Curmudgeons Corner
EBay sellers that have a “reserve not met” on an auction item!!
Just start auction at your reserve price. If you aren’t going to sell at less, then don’t waste everyone’s time accepting bids under it.
I always just ignore these items once I see the dreaded “reserve not met” entry. Life’s too short.

Re: MoonSwatch Mission to Moonphase Snoopy
I’d like one too but not hopeful.
I have the Moon and Pluto. Both are great for the summer, very light and comfortable.
Like others, I’ve switched out straps. The supplied Velcro are awful.

Re: What are you listening to right now ?
Just been listening to new version of “Going Home” by Mark Knopfler Its the charity version for the Teenage Cancer Trust. Great to hear all the guitar legends coming together. I bought the 12” version from Amazon, I’ll listen later to get the full effect. For now, I’m listening to Spotify version on...

Re: From your largest to your smallest....
Largest:- 45mm (Bulova Moonwatch)
Smallest:- 39.5mm (Raymond Weil The Beatles)
In between, my 6 CWs are either 42/43mm
42mm is my sweet spot

Re: Upgraded C1 Moonglow
Just received email about C1 Moonglow - preorder end March 2024 I’m a bit confused, preorder for end of this month just 17 days away. Sometimes it takes ordinarily that long to despatch. Anyway I would be very wary of paying CW up front these days in light of some recent comments. It’s a pity becau...
