Re: Which will be The Twelve’s next dial colours?

While I like the gloss black C60 Trident Pro that I own, I am not sure that a solid black will work for this application. Don’t think that it would showcase the texture & depth of dial that the CW designers were striving for. I can envision a brilliant emerald green as a LE or open edition. Wou...

Re: C60 Trident Chronograph alternative straps / Nato's

Bumping this thread once again with another new strap on the Beast - this time an Aliexpress option that can be found at the link below. Shipping was quick and, certainly for the price, the strap seems well made (although I cannot yet comment on longevity). As ever, crap wrist-shots for your viewing...

Re: Upcoming releases

In the interests of sharing could someone who has received their Loupe early post some pictures of all the upcoming new releases. It's still not on the website and I'm still waiting for my last one to arrive. Thanks. I'm sure we can get plenty of photos posted up for you Malcolm, once Loupe 19 has ...

Re: Its what we've all been waiting for . . . .. .

It looks good. Whilst I don’t mind a 30 minute counter on a more dress style Chronograph, I have always viewed a full 12 hour counter as far more useful on a tool watch Chronograph such as this. Neil Agreed - but pleased that the previous Micky-Mouse 'small seconds' aka 'Breather' has been abandone...

Re: Its what we've all been waiting for . . . .. .

Why no pics?! Not bad, not outstanding. Feels like a fairly "safe" play by CW, design-wise, but there's enough to like and, for me at least, the logo is relatively inoffensive on this model. However, the proportions seem slightly off to me - very stocky (and I say this as an owner of the 6...

Re: Yet another new Speedmaster...

I think it is, on the whole, pretty cool. The colour scheme works. The movement is good. The rear complication is novel. The design (generally) hangs together and it is an attractive piece. Not an LE, which has been a recent complaint and means us mere mortals should have a chance to get one. On the...

Re: C65 Super Compressor

Yes, I just wasn't clear if he meant a personal email to Kip or a personal email to purchasers. (I assume the former but would hope for the latter.)

Re: C65 Super Compressor

Good on CW - did the email go to all purchasers or just those that have raised the issue? Regarding lack of feedback to CW, I guess it's probably not surprising. Clearly, quite a few people haven't noticed it and may never notice it. It's early days. Others may notice and not care, so won't give fee...

Re: Compressor in the wild!

Or there is an error in the design which has followed over into printing....

That could be an expensive mistake for CW!

Thanks for all the opinions! I've found a pretty decent deal on one in Japan so will go for it, I think.
