Re: 38mm GMT being phased out?

Only the 40mm and the 42mm C60 GMTs are currently being listed.

Perhaps the 38mm is a slow seller for this line.

My feeling is that there are more important issues at hand than removing statues, and more compelling efforts to invest energy in to make progress for #blacklivesmatter.
Also my sentiment.

This, more than likely, reinforces CW's decision to develop more sapphire models. Looking forward to them materialising.

Sapphire...what's next?

I just received an e-mail from CWL, generally about the sapphire dial on their latest C60 variant. They said, "the C60 Sapphire has been our most successful launch yet"; I already assumed that. They also said, "we'll definitely use sapphire again". I am wondering how they will use it again, in an al...

Re: New C60 variants

Is it safe to assume that future C60 limited editions will be produced in only 40mm?

Re: 4 days with the Sapphire

I do very much like the sapphire dial, as Toph said, adding depth and detail to the face.

I also really like the bezel. The three finishes on it makes it stand out. It would be great if CW did the same on some future models.

I too am wondering if CW will produce a 42mm variant.

Re: C60 Sapphire - New Release

I received an e-mail from CW stating that they are taking a limited number of pre-orders for early July.

What happen if they receive all of the limited pre-orders? Do they then de-activate the 'Pre-order' button?

Re: CW's first TV Advert

Many more watches are now listed as pre-order, including most of the C60 Pro 600s (across all sizes), most of the military watches (except the Sandhurst and the blue Dartmouth), the Anthropocene, and the C3 British Racing Green.

The C60 Abyss pre-order time frame has been extended to end of May.

Re: CW's first TV Advert

The TV advert could possibly be effective. There are several models now on pre-order, including the C60 Abyss and the C65 World Timer. The C60 Sapphire pre-order time frame has been increased to "Early July".

Re: C60 Sapphire - New Release

I guess it does raise the question over the quality of the colour insert. The qualities of sapphire are known and heavily pushed in the marketing, but would be good to get assurance that the plastic won’t degrade over time Great point. Would look ghastly if over time the colour of the plastic chang...

Re: C60 Sapphire - New Release

But those screw on the AP are bolts secured from the bottom IIRC. Im very dubious the CW will line up on all pieces. Sent from my SM-A520F using Tapatalk You're absolutely correct. Those hex head screws are set into a hex recess; it would be impossible to properly torque them into those recesses. T...

Re: C60 Sapphire - New Release

I just noticed that the machined track on the bezel has a sand blasted finish while the rest of the bezel is brushed. I have not seen that before on a watch bezel.

I think it is a very good looking watch. I do like a coloured bezel myself, but the ss one seems to work on this.

Seems to be fairly priced as well.
I also prefer the ceramic coloured bezel but this ss bezel, in my opinion, adds to the elegance of the blue tint sapphire.

Re: Loupe #17

Since it is an open series watch and is available in 40mm, we'll have to wait and see if it sells well enough to be offered in the 42mm size. Other than that, I do like it. I've always liked transparent dial or skeleton watches. I didn't know that the indexes are secured by screws. I thought they we...
