Just checked the project again and noticed that there are no pledges available....I assume that means that noone else can back it unless someone pulls out?
That is correct.

Re: It's All About Me

Totally agree. I often get asked why I don't have photos/video of any of my scuba dives. Same reason. I want to be in the moment and truly enjoy the dive, wildlife and environment rather than faff around underwater with a camera. My wife and I have discussed often that so many want to be a 'rock sta...

Re: Dan Henry watches customer service is BRILLIANT

My 1970 had a sticking seconds hand. I emailed DH at 7pm at night and the man himself emailed me back almost immediately. He put a brand new watch in the mail which I received in 2 days and included a return label for the faulty one. Absolutely outstanding.

Re: Them old C60s got me under their spell.....

My favorite CW's too. I just love the waterdrop hour hand, the wavy dials and the 'toolwatch' case. Although I've sold a couple, the 'Beast' chrono and my black GMT are still in the collection and will likely stay. I'm not attracted to the Mk3 in any way but will be interested to see the new chronos...

Re: The NEW C9 AM GT Limited Edition

I really like the face design and the wordmark is balanced too (yay!) but it's just too big for me. A 43mm watch without a bezel wears much bigger than, say, a 43mm Trident with a bezel (selling my C65 Limited because of this fact) and the case seems positively rotund, no doubt due to the height of ...

Completely agree. You trying investing four-figure sums in camera lenses and three figure sums in android technology only for the KS campaigners in both cases to do a runner: I've tasted enough sour lemons to last me a lifetime.    My experience of KS wa...

Re: C60 Trident Mk3 Bezel Rocking movement?

One thing I have learnt, with all the current discussion about sloppy bezels on the C60 Trident Mk3, is that the bezel on mine is smooth and light enough that it can be turned comfortably between thumb and little finger or just by placing the palm of my hand flat on the crystal / bezel and being ab...

Hi Phil,

What I mean is that even with my money the target won’t be in reach, I’ll hang on awhile longer before a final decision.
If everyone did that, no goal would ever be reached!

Re: Newmark 71 Sports diver

Approx £20k needed with 15 days left, so my £590 wouldn’t help anyway. The 2 Watch option was the better deal, with 5 of 10 spaces left. How do you work out that your '£590 wouldn’t help anyway'? At this stage it's only a commitment to buy, so everyone who commits is helping towards the goal. No?

Re: Abysmal Service from Christopher Ward

The timeframe, if accurate, is abysmal.

Cost wise, for perspective, a battery change performed by Seiko for my Grand Seiko cost just under $90 plus shipping and 6 weeks. You got away lightly in my opinion.

Re: F1 2019 Motorsport Thread

Had there been a wall on the outside of the corner and Leclerc had been pushed into it, would you still say 'let them race'?

Will be interesting to see what happens.

Reading the in flight magazine, wearing the NF for the journey home. 9C969A62-C771-47F7-A303-78CF93F06ED1.jpeg Worn as main watch on 14 days whilst away. It reminded me why I bought it in the first place. Neil I do covet that watch Neil. I'm surprised that it seems to be so underappreciated and liv...
