Re: C60 Trident GMT

Sounds perfectly normal - mine does the same. The GMT hand adjusts in stages according to where the minute hand is located.

Re: CW C1 Moonglow

The photos from this Worn & Wound review are actually much better than the official pics. https://wornandwound.com/exclusive-first-look-the-christopher-ward-c1-moonglow/ I don't get why the central cutout disc is transparent. Having 2 moons makes no sense. A solid decorated metal plate would have be...

Re: CW C1 Moonglow

I was REALLY hoping that this would be the watch that would bring me back into the CW fold. Sadly, it isn't. The case says dress but the face says sport with the external date ring that looks, at first glance, like a tachymeter with the splashes of red adding to the sporty feel. The large moonphase ...

Re: Don't Mention The War........

Totally agree Paul. An overzealous knee jerk reaction to an innocuous discussion. My mouth dropped open when I first read it and again when it was doubled down. And we wonder why participation in the forum is falling.

Re: CW Customer Service - Time to give Up

^^ I receive my Loupe magazines, however like Lavaine, I've emailed once and called twice in the past two years to ask that my Customer profile is changed so the vouchers are in Canadian dollars; They still arrived in USD on Wednesday. Oddly the emails sent to me by CW reference the Canadian pricin...

Re: Another CS nightmare (still in progress)

[But guess what sometimes choices have to be made when growing a business, that hasn’t been able to burn through cash to implement state of the art systems. Maybe, just maybe, having gone through an expensive rebranding, they are still at the stage where generating cash from sales is most important...

Re: Another CS nightmare (still in progress)

This entire thread reminds me of the old adage 'the problem is not that things go wrong, rather, the problem is how to respond to them when they do'.

Doing nothing or serving up more of the same seems ill advised in this age of instant communication.

In real life, real size, I hardly noticed it.
I was the opposite. The didn't like it in images and hated it in real life. Couldn't see anything else BUT the unbalanced layout and gap at 12. Maybe it's just me.

Re: Bad experience with Christopher ward watch and it's customer services

Seiko charged me $80 for a battery change in my Grand Seiko 9F which I nearly fainted at but decided to do since it's a $2,200 watch. They did change the seals and pressure test it though so I guess it was worth it.

Re: Logo convert and an observation.

I bought 3 new logo at 9 watches hoping I'd learn to love them. I didn't. Shrug. Moved on.

Kept my Trident Chrono with the new logo at 3 and bought a C8PR with newest logo at 12 and loved it but was too large, sadly.

Re: Change in 60 Month Warranty Policy?

The original wording in my Trident Chrono manual states 60 month movement guarantee. Service is recommended but not mandatory and the two are not linked.
